[Fai can be seen picking up various pieces of wood that was thrown around he place. What remained of his cafe were plenty of pieces of broken wood., broken wall among other things.]

This battle really caused a lot of damage, not just to people, but also various shops and houses.

[He knelt down picking up another piece of wood and putting it to the side, Kurogane in the background, happily helping by pulling along with a piece of wood in his jaws.]

This will take a while to fix, even with moogle help.

[He paused, looking at the piece of wood he had picked up.]

So, who would like to help out? I promise that there will be refreshments for those who do, otherwise this place might not be back and running until next month.

[And well, since one doesn't have a job since leaving his old one, the income wouldn't be good for the month, he really needed to get it fixed sooner rather than later.]

I had been hoping that with staff disappearing over the past few months, that I would get to advertising for work again, but that will have to be put on hold until this is sorted.

Mr. Fai! I am so glad to see you aren't hurt after all those heartless attacked!

[At least he doesn't appear to have been injured to her. ]

I saw what they did to the school, it is such a mess, but the other students are helping to clean up there. Is the Cafe very badly destroyed?

Well... [He looks over his shoulder for a moment, the place was pretty bad, the sign was broken and that would take a day to fix. That was a smallest thing.]

Let's just say at least it wasn't fully destroyed.

Oh the poor sign!

[Not fully destroyed was a good thing, but what a mess they had made! ]

I guess we will just have to start cleaning.

[Sae pulls a broom out of the rubble and starts sweeping up the broken glass that was out here on the sidewalk. That was dangerous! ]

It is a big job but we should be able to fix everything.

[Fai had gone to grab various cleaning utensils as he also watched his pet try and help by dragging rubble away.]

Plus with the expansion of this place, we can change the layout of the set-up.

[Sae sweeps the glass pieces up into a dustpan and deposits the rubble in a nearby trash can. ]

Expansion? You are going to make the Cafe even bigger? That's very, very exciting!

Not so much expanding, more adding something on to it.

[Pretty much something next door that could bring in money at night, plus Fai loves alcohol so it works out.]

[Ah! Something for the older characters in the game. ]

Since everything has been torn up it is a very nice time to redecorate.

That's right~ That's why I want your opinion of what it will look like.

[Sae picks up a chair and sets it back up on its legs so she can sweep up any glass or debris that had been hiding under the chair. ]

You want my opinion!

[She was so surprised she nearly dropped the broom she was holding. ]

Oh, I really don't know much about decorating. Just as long as it is warm and inviting, I think that is what people want in a Cafe. Aa...

[BLUSH!! ]

At least that is what I look for.

[Fai sweeps under some slightly broken tables, he wasn't sure if he could fix them at the moment, but knew that he could at least try.]

So, warm and inviting sounds like something I can work with.

[Actually taking her suggestion? She was a little surprised. ]

I mean, I'm glad I could help!

[He nods slightly, he does take his ~~adopted children.~~ workers advice to mind when he does these things.]

Ah, yes!

[This gains a sudden new determination from Sae. She didn't want to disappoint him by refusing.]

[He smiles as he goes about sweeping and moving things back to there usual place.]

[Sae finds a vase that used to be filled with flowers on the floor and picks it up to set it on the nearest shelf. For now that felt like the safest place. ]

You wouldn't think heartless would have made such a mess. They should have been looking for hearts not tearing up...

[Looking for hearts. That idea made Sae very sad. ]

I hope they didn't find any.

I think they thought there was one here.

[Fai picks up a couple more chairs and puts themin a pile of thinks that need to be fixed.]

After all it's a place where many people come to.

I guess. It would make more sense if they were looking for something...

[Sae's dustpan is emptied into the trash bin once again. At least most of the broken glass was gone now. ]

[Well at least Sae was doing a good job, Fai had started to do a little less than her, but then again Fai wasn't the type to do much in terms of chores before.]

Sae-chan, once this cafe is back up and running I'll be hopefully employing people again, after all we've lost so many workers that there only you and Obi Wan left. So, since you two are the senior staff would it be okay if both you and him were to teach the new workers?

[She was doing a good job… until he made that suggestion. Then in her surprise the plate she had picked up from the ground slid out of her fingers and crashed to the floor. Good thing the heartless had already chipped it before Sae could finish it off? ]

Ahh! Oh no! I’m sorry!

[She quickly swept the mess back up before what Fai said dawned on her fully… ]

You want me to teach the new staff?

[WHEEEE! How exciting!! ]

I don’t know how good I will be at… [No, confidence Sae! You can do this! ] But, I will try very hard! If they have any questions, I should be able to answer those!

[He smiled, sure she broke a plate but a lot of the plates were damaged in some way. He went over to the counter and started to attempt to clean the mess from it.]

I have confidence that you'll do a good job, if I didn't I wouldn't have asked after all.

[Mr. Fai had such faith in her...

ALRIGHT!

She would do her best to make certain she would be worthy of his faith! ]

Yes, thank you, Mr. Fai!

[He just smiles slightly before going about tidying up.]

Once you've finished tidying up a bit, I'm sure you have homework you need to get to, right?

Homework... um... well actually... since the school was also attacked by heartless I don't think our homework will really be due for a while.

[That and Sae kind of blew some of her teacher's important papers out the window when her powers had been switched for wind magic. ]

I was just told to work on controlling my magic better.

[By the same irate magic teacher. ]
