Alright look, we have been working against each other the entire time... I don't know about you but I am getting tired of working at cross purposes. So, how about this? The hero-types have their own 'cute, little' organizations, why don't we form one?

We could form our own, Dark Society!

This way I won't accidentally interfere in your plots, you won't interfere in mine, quid pro quo.

And certain... dark fairies who keep involving former conspirators in their pathetically aimless plots can be dealt with by the group unless they decide to fall in line.
Come on, what do you say? It's better than ruining each others schemes, isn't it?

[Somewhat ironically.. Ciel was used to being the one that broke up organizations like this in his own time, but.. given the choices it seemed more prudent to side with Hades than the others. He'd yet to see even a thread of competence between the king's followers, nor had it done him any good to try and work with them. Hades on the other hand... was useful, and aligning with him would in turn also grant him protection from Hades own plots...]

This "Dark Society" as you put it.. would not be public knowledge, I'm assuming? [He still had to dot his i's and cross his t's] I do understand that accidents may happen, identities may be revealed but.. I just don't wish to make a spectacle of myself needlessly.

[Plus, he could still work on getting along better with the masses.... for various reasons]

And.. would there be any additional benefits to this arrangement? for instance.. if I joined, naturally, I wouldn't try to interfere with any of the other members plots... but could we also.. keep a list of individuals that are not in the society that should be safe from harm...? Albeit.. a short list?
