[Winry could be seen standing with a moogle outside what appeared to be an old medical clinic with Winry listening to what the cute creature had to say about the place.]
As you can see it's a very old building, kupo~ It hasn't been used in a long while so it's very run down and falling apart in places.
[Winry just nodded slightly, arms cross over her chest as she was thinking about the things she could do with this place.]
If I managed to get this place up and running, would you be willing for me to pay less? Considering I would be doing most of the hard work and munny fixing the place up. [This was part of a lie. Edward she hoped if she begged enough would be helping her. After all he needs his engineer to do the work she usually does and she needs a work place. It seemed like a good compromise.]
