[Action/Agrabah - Cave of Wonders]

[Locke covered his eyes squinting out over the sands of the Agrabah desert. He wasn't quite sure where this Cave of Wonders was, but he knew it was out there somewhere. He was antsy to get started, but he checked his pack and daggers one last time before they set.]

I think it's this way.

[Mjrn has a travel pack as well, along with a stout spear. She hopes that her supplies will be enough; she never actually reached the Dalmascan desert before being drawn away from Ivalice.]

Then let us begin. If I see anything distinct, I shall inform you. My kind can see over long distances.

[Not bragging, just matter-of-fact.]

The sands seem to get everywhere...

Though I wonder what sorts of strange creatures this place will throw at us.

[Mjrn isn't too fond of the sand either, but she tries not to complain, not wanting anyone to think she can't handle what's coming. Speaking of which....]

Do we know what to expect, in terms of challenges? I assume Heartless will be among them, at least, but....

Is it okay to continue with just the two of us? If not feel free to ignore!

What kind of treasure hunting have you done before, Locke?

I imagine there will be Heartless guarding the treasure, if nothing something worse.

Wait-- Magicite? What do you know of it?

I never thought I would hear of another world with magicite. It even sounds as if the functions of it are similar. On Vana'diel it helped to give rise to the beastmen and our greatest foe.

Shiva was also revered as a goddess of ice on my world. How peculiar.

Forgive me, I... The Shiva on my world was an avatar--a being made purely of energy. She could not be killed, but she assisted those who possessed the strength to defeat her.

I was no summoner, so I only know her tale. They say she was once a queen, forced into the position at the young age of fifteen. She saw her kingdom prosper, but the nobles became uneasy. Her uncle betrayed her, and she was driven into the arctic regions. When the rebellion was finally put down, they found the queen encased in ice. It's said the Goddess, Altana, watched the tragedy unfold, and she eventually called Shiva to the celestial plane.

I--I'm not certain.
