[It's a rather lovely day for flying and it's quickly enough obvious the man is on a ship of some kind, the wind toying with the silver-white hair around the scarred face. After a moment, there's a view of another airship of a different model gaining and then rising up beside the one that Setzer is on.
However without any warning given the second ship suddenly is engulfed by a fiery explosion, causing the scarred man's expression to go from relaxed and pleased to one of shocked disbelief and then horrified as he screams out the name of a certain woman. Shrapnel is flung from the exploding wreck of the other ship and it rips through the ship Setzer is on, causing parts of his own ship to catch fire or in some places explode and it isn't long before he finds himself with the choice of going down with the ship or jumping overboard and praying the fall into the water doesn't kill him. The smoke and heat cause his lungs to burn and he finds himself trapped at the edge of the ship, forced to make a decision soon or it'll be made for him. He backs up against one of the rails to buy perhaps a little more time, but the metal gives away from behind him dumping the man overboard into the sky.
Fortunately for the man, he wakes before his body hits the water below, violet eyes wide and still holding the terror inspired by the events of the nightmare for a good several seconds before he sees two things which catch his attention. The ruined remains of what might have once been a duck and the departing back of a tall man in black accompanied by a rather strange looking feline. Setzer's not certain what had occurred, trying to reassure himself it was only a bad dream...except for the two undeniable facts that he's soaked in sweat and his lungs hurt something fierce as if he's actually been forced to breath in heated smoke-filled air. He lifts a hand to briefly cover his face and calm his nerves before also noting the communicator near by and upon retrieving it, shuts off the feed that he has no memory of ever turning on.]
