Tidus can be seen jumping, looking around in confusion. Hadn't they been there before? Yuna, and the rest of the guardians stand nearby, watching as Yunalesca appears.]

[Yuna nods and steps forward, declaring Auron will be the Final Aeon. Some distant part of Tidus wonders if that's even possible for a dead guy, but right now he has to argue against it since no one else seems bothered by Yuna dying in the least.]

[He tries to run, but something is stopping him, keeping him frozen in place. Yunalesca looks at Tidus, almost with...sympathy.]

You can not save her. It was never in your place to begin with. It's a pity anyone filled your head with dreams that said otherwise.

[A gruffer voice laughs before Jecht walks into view.]

[But the words are soft, as if traveling through cloth, and everyone goes back to ignoring him and watching as he turns into the Final Aeon and "kills" Auron, swiping at Yuna and ending her life as well. Her body falls, graceful yet limp, and Tidus wants to run toward them and trying to stop it, but he just keeps staring at their open, blank faces. The room goes silent. Everyone else disappears. Tidus is shaking.]

[Watching that tall man die, the young girl fall backwards… also dead… OH!

She has to look away and cover her eyes. ]

[She peeks back once everything goes silent. ]
