[Action]

[To look at him, it would appear that the older man was completely impassive to the news the boy was spilling out before him. His gaze remained steady upon Obi-Wan, unflinching as he speaks of the Sith and the possible downfall of their Order. Under the impassive mask however his mind was working rapidly to judge and take in the knowledge assessing it silently before filing it away while still paying attention to the Padawan before him. Unfortunately for Obi-Wan he still hadn't forgotten about the leg but he did allow answering this information to sidetrack figuring out that mystery for a moment.]

"Padawan, focus not on the future, the future is not set in stone. Just because it became so for this man, does not mean it will happen to us. Be mineful of what is happening around you in the present, and don't allow the future to dictate your actions or you will lose your focus and ..."

[He trailed off there, his blue eyes abruptly falling once again toward Obi-Wan's legs as the answer to just possibly why his Padawan had been so desperately evading the answer to his injury suddenly unveiled itself before him. His eyes closed silently. He could in a sense understand what had possibly happened, he had after all allowed a vision of the future once to dictate his actions. Though even as he brought that memory up, he shied away from bringing it up in too much detail, dismissing it silently and quickly as he opened his eyes again to look at Obi-Wan.]

"What happened?"

[Yes he's gone back to his original question. No dodging it this time, young man.]
