Really, Giselle was getting rather tired of being tossed about between worlds, although she was glad to see that this one had a welcoming committee – though the circumstances of her being here were simply awful. Not to mention the power responsible had terrible timing.]

Hello? Is anyone out there? The moogles were very kind and helpful, and showed me how to use this device, though I’m not sure if I’m doing it right…

[She’s not, at least, not entirely. The video feed is askew and her image is close to being completely upside-down.]

I was told I might find my friends here. Does anyone know Robert or Morgan, or perhaps Edward or Pip?

[She sighs heavily, and a frown pulls at her lips.]

I hope everyone is safe. This isn’t the first time I’ve been taken from my home, but back then it was just me… the moogles told me that the place I came from was taken by darkness. That means that whoever doesn’t turn up here is…

[Her expression shifts as the gravity of the situation begins to sink in, and she lightly touches her fingers to her lips.]

Does it mean that everyone left behind must be dead?

It's possible. You'll see them again eventually.

They're not dead, perhaps just... lost. Believe in them and they're sure to turn up.

Unhappy endings are the worst, especially when you've worked so hard to keep it from happening. I can relate... [She misses those she's left behind, both in the attack and at various points in her life. Funny how you only realize you should have been closer to someone when they're gone.] If there's anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to ask. Perhaps I can find you somewhere to stay, or help you look for your friends... I would be happy to do so.

I think you could do a lot of good, once you're used to being here a little more, greeting new arrivals and helping them orient themselves to being here.

No, it doesn't mean there dead. It just means they are lost, awaiting for the light to help them find the way. At least, that's what I like to believe.

Right now, I don't know. No one has managed to find anything, but it doesn't mean to say there isn't a way. I guess have hope is the best option.

That much I can do, but it is awful to think of them being lost somewhere. It's a terrible feeling, being lost...

It really is, but there are ways to help them along.

They're not dead. They're still fighting in the darkness. One of my friends was here for months before the rest of us started showing up.

Being lost is such a terrible feeling. I've been lost, and I never want to feel that way again... I wish they didn't have to, either.

They may still be found.

There are people in Traverse who can probably get you settled in, for now. The Moogles might be able to tell you.
