[Hey, it's Traverse Town's prison! Did you know Traverse Town had a prison?...you didn't? Well, now you do.

Specifically its of a cell in that prison - which has a broken door. In fact, whoever's filming is taking the time to zoom in really close to the broken padlock on the floor, then to the broken handle on the door, and then to the dazed-looking moogle nearby. And then, finally, it focuses on...well, this guy. Who's waving at the camera with a shit-eating grin before he turns it off.

It should be pretty obvious what just happened. Because now there is a little thief on the loose. Again.
