004 Video/Possible Action

[Kadaj is in Traverse Town, and for the the first time since it's happened he finally shows himself. He looks like someone's odd idea of a ragdoll and he doesn't look too happy about it.]

Dead people are supposed to go away. Not mingle around. Just how am I supposed to kill them when I get bored?!

[A pause. He goes quiet for a long while, looking at nothing, before he finally smiles and speaks again.]

Like I said, if they're after you, an' it's a matter of life an' death, sure. Strikin' first is sometimes the best option we've got. But as an excuse for something to do? Not so much.
