[It's been sometime since an anthropomorphic mouse has appeared on your screen, but today it's not the King. It might be a bit hard to tell, but this time around the poster is in a regal pink dress with a few moogles floating busily behind her placing books in their proper places and organizing papers on her desk.]

Good evening everyone. My name is Minnie and will be making some announcements in place of my husband, King Mickey. I hope you are all fairing well now that the musical ...disturbance has passed. By now all of you may have received a message from the King in your communicator's inbox. If you have any questions, feel free to ask on this post and I will do my best to answer them.

That aside, I am here to announce the opening on Destiny Island Academy. With the sudden influx of students, things at the school have been a little hectic, but with some time and patience things are finally up and running again. Classes will start again on Monday at 8 A.M. and will end at 2:50 P.M., so I hope you remember to get plenty of rest on Sunday.

[She laces her fingers together in her momentary pause, then starts to speak again in the same soft and calm manner.] For those of you from worlds without a school system, I will be glad to answer any questions you may have on this post as well, but I will explain a few basics. School days take place Monday through Friday starting at 8 A.M. to 2:50 P.M. or earlier, depending on your class schedules. Saturdays and Sundays are free days for students to spend as they please. I recommend the beach myself, I hear the Islands have some lovely weather!

[She places a gloved hand over her mouth and smiles before putting her hands back together and cheerfully looking back up into the camera.] Classes will be taught by a responsible adult that has expertise in their chosen subjects. Subjects will range from basic math, grammar and even self defense. As for your dorm rooms, some of you may have roommates so please try to get a long. This may become more common as ...more people appear on the worlds.

[She looks a little saddened by that fact, but takes a soft breath before continuing. She then tilts her head and silently wonders if she is missing anything, but since she can't seem to think of something, she continues to speak.]

After classes all our students are invited to a welcoming party on school grounds to get to know one another outside of the classroom. We hope you will attend.

Oh dear... [She clasp her hands over her mouth in surprise. The King had told her you three were back as well, but to see it was still a shock and a bit saddening.

Taking a moment to regain her composure, she lowers her hands, smiles and speaks in a calm but slightly sad tone.]

Hello there, Aqua.

[She's being greeted. That's... an easy place to start. Right?
Composure, Aqua. You must keep your composure.
She straightens up a little, wrangling her emotions internally. The fact that she hasn't aged a day -- not unlike herself -- isn't making it any easier!]

... Your Majesty.

[It's been over ten years. She's not sure if she can still just call you 'Minnie'. And... as much as she'd like to think that it is, the purpose of her response to the transmission is not to catch up on pleasantries.]

It's... truly a relief to see you again. I hate to cut to the chase like this, but...

[Her expression solidifies. She's back on track, bowing her head respectfully.]

Please... I humbly request an audience with the King. To say that the matter is urgent would be a grave understatement.

Minnie, please, Aqua. [Another one request for council.]

Yes, of course Aqua, I will see what I can do. Do come down to the castle tomorrow evening. Hopefully, he'll be here then.

[Relief. RELIEF EVERYWHERE. When she raises her head, there's a concise glint of happiness in her eyes... though she keeps her outward reaction as subdued as she can.]

Live safely, prepare themselves for the dark times to come and educate themselves on their surroundings. Ignorance can be just as deadly as a Heartless.

The classes are optional of course, we are hardly going to force anyone to do anything they truly don't want to, but while the hotel is lovely, it's hardly a safe place for a lost child without a guardian.

They are given the option to do anything they feel they have to do and if fighting is what they need, then we wont stand in their way. All we offer is a safe place for them to rest and possibly sharpen their skills if there is no one to teach them.

We understand more than anyone that a fighter isn't measured by their size or age, but by the strength of their will and heart.

... never mind. It was nice to see Minnie again. Time to ask a question.] Your Majesty? Do you know when a good time to speak to the King in person will be?

[Ah, one of the others. After her surprise with Aqua, she's a bit more prepared for Terra's message.]

There's no need for formalities Terra, "Minnie" will do just fine. Oh my, it's hard to say. Sometimes he can be gone for days, but he should be home later this week. He usually returns to the castle a nights. Perhaps around that time.

I'll let him know that you seek his council the next time he comes home.

Later this week... [Terra nods, frowning.] All right. Aqua, Ven and I will see what we can do for the other worlds while we wait.

[It is strange to be speaking to cartoon characters, even if Chloé was beginning to accept that this was even possible he does so with a touch of sarcasm. A defensive mechanism he often uses in difficult situations, making little jokes.

And I'm sure there is plenty in need of beautiful flowers on some of the worlds if you ever consider opening your own shop.

I had been toying with the idea of opening a shop some where, but even if I do I am certain I could find the time to look after your roses now and then.

[She places her gloved hands gently over her mouth to conceal her excitement and the small laugh. Then places her hands neatly over her lap.]

That's wonderful! My garden could use an expert, if you can find the time and a florist would be a wonderful addition to any world you choose.

But might I suggest Traverse town or the town outside Disney castle and Beast castle? If roses are your specialty I believe the climate in those worlds are quite good for them.

I will take those locations into consideration… [Wait, Disney castle?]

Would there be more… cartoon characters at Disney Castle?

Cartoon? I'm afraid I don't understand... But we certainly have quite a few characters here!

Don't worry Ventus. The school is more for the children currently without homes or guardians to care for them. The hotel is nice, but hardly safe for them. Classes are entirely optional, but all are still welcome.

[She nods calmly.] I agree that Terra and Aqua are exactly who you belong with and will do a better job than any of us when it comes to looking out for you.

[She laughs softly.] You are hardly in need of any supervision, dear.

School?! You're kidding, right?

Not at all, ignorance is a fairly dangerous thing and the children wont be able to support themselves at the hotel for very long.

Sorry. You're right. It's just kind of funny. I haven't heard school mentioned in a while.

Please excuse me, Your Majesty. My name is Lilisette, and I have a quick question for you, if you've a moment to spare.

My friend and I were wondering if it might be possible to help plan events for newcomers and natives. For example, in the wake of the musical fever that swept through everyone, we wondered if some kind of ball might help everyone get to know one another. But, of course, only when the students are on holiday, and if we were to gain approval from Your Majesties.

[ Has yet to completely figure out the communicator. It seems to be rotating in his hands.

Do all the animals talk here?
That would make eating meat kinda awkward.
