[Calming down for just a mere second, Kotetsu paused briefly as he noticed his new surroundings.]

I'm free? Free? AHAHA! I got out of there! No more shadows or creepy-crawlies! Finally, I can go home---WWWWWWHAAAAAT!

[He's back to screaming again.]

Oi! How many days passed?! I didn't take that long! It was just a routine mission! Exterminate the stupid ghoulies, nothin' else! It's no way this time is correct!

[The poor idiot let's out a long deep sigh.]

Ugh, this thing is dyin' on me...

[For a second, she feels so many things at once, but over all of them is one pressing thought: He's alright.]

I thought- I thought you'd disappeared!

[Not really sure why she looked so shocked to see him alive and well, Kotetsu just grins and waves at her.]

[She just never... thought... those friends who suddenly seemed so far away would just as suddenly come back.

[None the wiser of just how long he's truly been away, Kotetsu puts on his happiest smile.]

Hey, don't tell me you were worried about me? Wild Tiger always saves the day! Those ghoulies couldn't handle me.

[She nods a couple times, as though agreeing.]

I remember we met shortly after I arrived here.

A lot's happened since then, for both of us, it seems.

[The general sticks with the audio manner that the other man started off with.. if only because he wasn't entirely certain he could entirely hide his disbelief at the man's antics. While it was nice to see the man was indeed still here, well... his behavior left much to be desired. Not to mention it was somewhat headache inducing.]

Regardless, it's about time you checked in. I was beginning to think you'd left this world.

[His happy-go-lucky charm suddenly fades a little.]

I guess so. Man, I really had no idea I've been gone that long! It's like was stuck in a dream or somethin'.

[He sighs.]

Makes no sense to me, that's for sure. The lil jerks did get me pretty good that last time, but I kinda don't remember what happened.

[By "jerks", he meant the "Heartless".]

No, I was wondering if you were incapable of dealing with situations in a manner which befitted your station. Obviously you can not.

So you were off playing the hero somewhere then I take it. Next time try to keep in contact more frequently.

It's been over a month at least since I last heard anything from you. I was beginning to wonder if I needed to employ someone else to watch over Traverse Town or not...
