[Busy didn't even begin to cover Zell's schedule these days. Since arriving at Destiny Islands, he hadn't bothered slowing down long enough to let himself mull over how much he missed home and Ma and his friends. Today was a day off from both his schoolwork and his patrol duty at Land of Dragons, so he sent Lilisette a message before he headed out to the gummi ship station and told her he was headed for Radiant Garden.
Even on the way to Radiant Garden, he refused to mope and dwell-- instead, focusing on the exciting day ahead of him. Upon exiting the ship, it crossed his mind that Squall-- Leon mentioned living here, too. Maybe he wasn't the Squall he remembered, but he still found himself wanting to talk to him again. Maybe he could do that before he and Lilisette went exploring?

He sprang forward into an enthusiastic jog, pretty much winging his search for Lilisette and Leon. He really had no idea where to start, given he'd never been on this world before. Anyone else is welcome to stop him if they like, too!]

It's been in our family for a long time. All of the noble houses of San d'Oria have their own ring, as well as their own military unit. My father was the captain of the Ironcrest Hawks. He really loved those men, like they were his brothers.

You could do what I do and wrap it around a belt loop. If you wear it while you fight, it might end up hurting your finger, right? I only dabbled in martial artistry because my gloves would get in the way.

It's just. In my world, the Sorceress is the only one who can cast magic naturally. The rest of us have to junction Guardian Forces and pretty much borrow magic from other living creatures.
