[Oz sits in his room, in front of him a small plate of various meats sitting in front of him. His face clearly showing sadness and concern with a hint of worry as he tries to hide it behind a false smile as he picks up a strip of bacon, putting it in his mouth. He paused for a moment before chewing and shallowing.]

Can someone help me? It appears that my friend Alice has gone missing again and I have no idea where she is.

[He pauses slightly, this was the second time and this time she had been gone for much longer and not even this collection of meat could bring her back. His eyes look towards the floor as he uses a fork this time to pick up a much bigger bit of meat than the last one, placing it gently against his mouth.]

I don't like to think that she's gone, but I worry that she has. So, if you have any information about her, please let me know.

( she grins... and is that -- a little bit of drool?? ) Ayla like meat... Very good at finding this small. Maybe can find.

I hope you can. I worry she might get into trouble. I lso think she might have gone in search of meat.

Another missing person..

[She thought out loud. There seemed to be a dime a dozen of them here. It could mean that his friend had been swallowed up by the darkness. Maybelle had felt helpless watching so many others disappear... this time she got a stubborn and determined look on her face, whipped out her notepad and a pencil and got down to business]

What does you're friend look like?

Chewing the piece of meat he had, he soon shallowed before thinking.]

Long flowing brown hair, with braids on either side.

[His eyes look sad as he talks about her, it's not nice being alone in a world without someone close, sure he missed Gil and the others from time to time, but Alice was one who could really help him get out of a funk.]

Even though she looks tough, she always was one to show emotion. Her eyes were a light purple, and she's only a bit smaller than I am. Though if you do see heryou'd know her by her personality and her love of meat.

[She bowed her head and started making a record of what Oz was saying. Occasionally she nodded to let him know that she was still listening. Looking up from the notepad she notices how hard this must be for the boy.]

Meat?

[That was the only truly odd thing he mentioned. Then to follow up the initial question]

Do you remember where and when you last saw her? How long ago was it?

[She knew the questions could get tiring but they were important. She needed a starting point for her investigation.]

I last saw her in my room at Destiny Island. She tends to stay there often and if I recall correctly that was about a few weeks ago.

Just a few weeks? [This gave her a little more hope]

May I visit your lodgings on Destiny Island? There may be some clues there that went overlooked.

Ah, sure.

I- don't mean to make this uncomfortable for you but I would like to get to the bottom of this.

[She tried to assure him]

I have worked as a detective's assistant in the past.

[Then so he can't reconsider]

I'll be on the first Gummi ship over!

It's not that I'm uncormfortable, it's just I've never had a girl except for Alice in my room before.

[She headed to the Gummi dock while she continued to talk to Oz on the line]

That's perfectly understandable.

[She boarded the nearest ship and was ready to help power the thing. It felt good to be taking action this time. If Alice was out there.. her and Oliver would find her]

[He sighs with relief, at least that was perfectly normal. He puts his fork down, going to pick up the plate of raw and cooked meat to go put it away.]
