[Aerith has (finally) made it to Radiant Garden!

A trip she was pretty excited about. Until the Heartless invasion, that is.

While she was busy trying not to get caught in a fight, she discovered her new power! ~Telekinesis~. Truthfully, it jolted her when she flung a hand in the direction of a Heartless and it flew back through the air. So she has managed to fight off the Heartless just by moving them around a bit.

Being able to lift things with just a focused thought is new, a little scary, but can also be very helpful. So she pops on the network really quick to see if she can be useful.]

I've finally made it to Radiant Garden, but I haven't really been able to find anyone. This new power of mine is useful, so does anyone need an extra pair of hands? Well, I'm not really using my hands...

[To demonstrate, she turns the camera toward an innocent rock to the side. Narrowing her eyes, she holds out a hand and the rock begins to hover - a little shaky, but it manages to stay up.]

I probably need to practice, but at least I can drop big things on the Heartless. That has to count for something, right? And if anyone has any experience with this kind of power, any advice would be great.

[Zoisite, a telekinetic when his powers aren't being affected by whatever has switched them all, stares openly at the video. His side of the feed is quiet; far too quiet for the man normally always accompanied by piano music.]

These powers are not yours normally?

[It's an easy guess, with how many have been changed.]

No, usually my powers are limited to healing.

[Powers she found she didn't have anymore when she tried to heal a cut on her leg - something small and insignificant but it had been a blow when she saw that her magic just wasn't working.]

It seems like from what everyone's saying that this is happening a lot.

[She may not have seen, but he's...

...made network posts offering to heal people. Somehow, they have directly changed powers.]

You were able to heal?

I was once able to use powers that you have now. And now, I am able to heal these wounds.

[And, he offers it perhaps born of understanding of how difficult it is to lose something that is a part of oneself - everything feels silent without the power of his music.]

I will assist you if it is needed for the time being.

You had these powers before?

[And now he could heal. It feels a little strange, to have virtually swapped powers with someone, but his offer makes her smile.]

Thank you. It's weird having these powers when I'm so used to just healing. Do you have any pointers for me? It seems like I'm a little shaky with it.

[That depends, really. He himself has used them in battle, to crash his foes into each other and catch them entirely off-balance. If hers are strong enough, she could do the same.]

You are able to use them well?

Huh. That ought to come in handy. --The heartless are gathering just outside of town. We're gonna go confront them. I can come get you if you're sure you want to fight.

I definitely want to fight! Might as well take advantage of this. Usually there isn't much I can do in a fight, so this is actually a nice change of pace.

[Leon tries to keep the uncertainty out of his expression; if she's anything like the Aerith he knows, she'd just glare him to death for thinking she couldn't take care of herself. He's having a little trouble not letting the lines blur between the two Aerith's, but he wants to protect her. :|

He nods.] Just don't wear yourself out, alright? You just arrived, so... you must be near the town square, right?

I'm being careful, don't worry! And it looks like I am near a town square of some sort.

[There would definitely be some huffiness on her part if there is doubt in her abilities! Especially since she can take care of herself. Not that she couldn't before, she just had to be more subtle about it.]

The power to be able to move objects without touching them. That can be of great use in helping this world, don't you think?

I agree. It makes fighting Heartless much easier, and moving big, heavy things is a breeze! It's a little weird at first, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.

Do you think we'll get our original powers back? It feels strange, to not be able to heal.

[He's actually been worrying about how many people have new abilities they couldn't control. It really made a guy uncomfortable.]

You should. There's nothing to brag about if you don't know what you're doing.

[Thinking back to what she posted, she probably looked like it. So, she gives him an apologetic smile.]

Well, I wasn't trying to do that. It was more about finding someone who might be able to help me! Also, when I have these powers I should put them to good use, right?

It seems like most of the people who have them now have pretty useful ones. I guess the only bad part might be not using them right.

Probably. And I'm sure people have powers that are pretty powerful, too. Much more power than what I have.
