[The communicator flickers to life and a very fatigued Seifer appears. He seems to be recovering from a few injuries, but otherwise seems okay.] Okay, so the moogle thing said I can leave a message for anyone on this. So. Here goes, I guess.

[He sighs and looks away for a moment before looking back at the screen.] My name's Seifer and I guess I'm about as lost as everyone else here. I got lost during Time Compr--you probably don't even know what that is, do you?

Whatever. I got separated from my world, and I'm just trying to see if anyone could help me fing anyone I'd know. Fujin or Raijin, Squall Leonheart, Rinoa Heartilly, Quistis Trepe. Hell, even Chick--Zell Dincht. So, yeah. If you know any of those guys, or if you're listening, try finding me, or something. I'm in Traverse Town.

Can you tell me what they look like?

[Seifer immediately picks up on the ears, but refrains from commenting on them. Honestly, he just finished speaking with a pink floating stuffed animal that said Kupo just as often as Raijin finished his sentences with "ya know?"]

Yeah. Fujin's a girl. Speaks mostly one or two-worded sentences, and has a command presence like you wouldn't believe. Slim, pale, silver hair and red eyes. Oh, and she has an eye patch. [He puts a hand over one eye to emphasize.] She's probably with Raijin. Really tall, tan skin, dark hair. Kinda dumb, but a nice guy. Most of his sentences end with him saying "ya know?"

Squall's got shaggy brown hair. He's got a thing for leather and belts. Really broody. He carries a gunblade and has a scar a lot like mine. Rinoa's his girlfriend. Pale skin, has black hair and is probably running around with a dog named Angelo. She's got a big know-it-all attitude.

Quistis? Blonde hair, glasses. She really likes whips and probably has a bigger know-it-all attitude than Rinoa does. She'll probably go around bragging how she's the youngest SeeD ever. She was an instructor at my school and likes poking her nose into other people's business.

Zell? [For a moment there's a fond smile, but it vanishes so quickly that you likely just imagined it.] He's short for a guy. I mean really short. He's got blonde hair that he spikes up like that thing on a chicken, a facial tattoo, and a mouth that only stops working when you shove food in it. His excitement level is unsettling. Oh yeah, if he has a creepy hot dog fetish, it's definitely him.

The description of Zell is someone I've spoken to a couple of times!

So you must know him well?

Really? [Go figure the most annoying thing in his world is also seemingly the only thing to survive its destruction.] Yeah, I know him. Can't say we were ever on the best of terms, but all things considering, it'd probably actually be nice to see him.

Well I know he's been looking for people from his world, so I'm sure he'll be happy to see you.

Time Compression's a complicated thing. But then again, so is everything that concerns bending and changing time. It draws attention from all the wrong people.

[ Specifically her and probably Setsuna. ]

I think you'll find Zell somewhere around here.

Yeah, tell me about it. It's not something I really like to think too long and hard about. [Especially since he kind of helped bring it about.]

Will I? I'm surprised the little chicken hasn't brought about some apocalypse yet.

You missed his dance debut by a few days.

[ Amused forever. Though she was having fun with it, most of the guys seemed not as eager to be dancing to KPop. ]

I'm guessing you're a friend of his from home?

This might be a good thing. [He smiles, though, so it's up to you to decide if he's serious.]

You're here! And you remember me!

[Seifer really can't help the shadow of a smile that crosses his face. He was thinking that he might be the only one around. Even Chicken-wuss was a sight for sore eyes.] Of course I remember you. It was only a few hours ago that I saw you.

Uh-- right... About that! For you, it's only been a few hours, but I've been here a little over a month, man.

...And, uh. Damn-- I have a lot to tell you! I'm gonna come find you! D'you know where exactly you're at in Traverse Town? Like... can you give me a district or somethin'?

[He winces at the loud noise emanating from the communicator. He fiddles with it for a few moments, causing the image to distort. It seems to fix itself, though, when he's still again.] You think they'd make the volume settings easier to find. Can't really trust you to keep your voice down, can I?

Anway, a month? How in Hyne's--freaking Time Compression. Okay. When was the last time you saw me? Just...so I know how different things are.

Sorry, man. I was kind of trying to ditch the flying cuddle toy. Hold on. [He looks around for a moment at the buildings around him. He seems to wobble for a moment before the obvious sound of him plopping to the floor occurs.] I'm not really in the best condition to be answering that coherently. Look familiar? [The screen moves from him and pans around. It appears he's in a courtyard flanked by boutiques and restaurants. In the distance, a hotel dominates one side. The screen blurs again, and Seifer's back in focus.]

Hey, Zell. Seeing as you and your buddies were the ones that got me like this, you wouldn't happen to have any mega-potions or curagas stocked, do you?
