[Because Allen was at school, Kanda was roaming about the worlds exploring. He was back in Agrabah surrounded by several of the people he had saved the nights before. Some offered him food, others small gifts. He tried to explain it wasn't necessary but that didn't work, instead he was walking around with a huge basket filled with food and gifts with a irritated stern look. He just wanted to get out of here. He was minding his own, just finishing up some manual labor for the people. He had actually been helpful, lending his strength to the reconstruction whenever he felt like it.

He snatched up his basket and found some more little donations weighing the thing down. His hands were unfortunately occupied that it in the commotion, colorful triplets took the opportunity to latch onto his arms. He tensed, ignoring the girls until they managed to stop him in place.]

[The girls dropped a few gifts onto the overflowing pile he all ready had and another draped a red shawl over his head. A few more laughs and some well-earned kisses on his cheek later and the girls were gone leaving him annoyed beyond all reason. He looked out of place wearing black and red with a basket but the fury the guy was giving off was hotter than the sands in the dessert at mid noon. To make matters worse, a man who hadn't been present saw the strange sight of a shawl-ed figure with a too-heavy load. He reached to peer over Kanda's shoulder.]

Excuse me, pretty lady, do you need some help carrying those-

[The man was doubled over with a piercing pain in his gut from Kanda's elbow as he walked off with that cloud of doom following him.]

[It's not entirely unusual to receive thanks if she saves them from the heartless, or for the well she'd located, but perhaps it means more, receiving help from a stranger than from the ones they've come to be used to protecting them.

[It's hard not to notice the pale blue-haired girl through the crowd but people definitely made it difficult to get around when they kept blessing some unknown god for sending him over. He caught her, a small glance, and he tried to fight his way through the crowd as best as he could.]

H-Hey, wait. Get out of my way, idiot, I'm trying to-

[Why did he want to see her? He wasn't sure. After all, they had a knack of meeting in pretty much any situation, this would be one of the few times they would actually meet without having to kill anything and he wasn't bleeding to death. When he finally carved his way through the crowd she was gone. He looked around disappointed. He had just seen her!]

[She hadn't realized he'd follow her or look for her, and the size of the crowd had been a bit daunting. Obliviously, Ami heads back towards her house.]

[It took him a few more moments of looking around the gaps in the crowd to see the back of her head in the distance.]

Tch. Now she ignores me.

[He was shoving his way through the crowd now ignoring the complaints and bouts of surprise from people. That girl was trouble and he was chasing her. He eventually managed to get close enough to grab her by the shoulder and turn her around.]

What the hell are you running from?

[It takes just a second for her to realize the voice is talking to her, and then, that the voice belongs to Kanda. Ami turns around.]
