[Several moogles that held the transmitter 'ooo'-ed and whistled as metal clattered on the ground. The redhead dusted off her hands and smirked satisfied.

The feed showed Katarina, standing on the rooftop of some house, with several heartless around her. Stabbed into a wall. With several of her blades- just for good measure. The rest of the blades were stuck in either walls of other houses or roofs or trees nearby. In one word- there were a LOT of blades around. At one point she though she hit someone on the street, but she was too busy to pay attention.

She pulled out nicely designed blade from the ground and turned her head to stare at few more heartless that just floated in the scene. And then immediately floated out. With a growl and jump, she sped off over the rooftops in chase after them, feed following her.]

Why would it be at my own risk? Your name is too long. Babe sounds better.

[Not that kind of compliments, no.] I get compliments on what really matters.

This totally matters. A lady deserves to be complimented.

It all depends of the compliment. Wasting your breath on compliments like 'cute' or 'sexy' are not going to make me like you. [She gets distracted by heartless and slices it in half before continuing] Skills are what impress me, not those.

[And Altair had been watching from not too far away the sight unveil. For a woman, she certainly knew how to hold her own. As far as an assassin's skills were concerned, she had amazing talent. He made a mental note to refer this to Malik.

Unfortunately, it seemed the heartless were a lot more troublesome than they appeared. He was off, running over the roofs, his fingertips caressing his throwing blades as he shot them straight at the running heartless. His aim was true.]

[She felt very familiar presence following her, so she kept her guard up. One can't be too careless.

She reached for inner pocket on her thigh, pulling out shuriken-looking blade, and with one strong fling, she managed to hit the heartless that was closest to her. She smirked as the blade ricocheted upon the impact hitting several other heartless, but not killing them. Just slowing them down.]

[He took advantage of her blade, taking out his own sword to slice through the ranks she had just slowed down. Makeshift teamwork but it was something, wasn't it?]

[So it was him after all. Her instinct didn't fail her. She knew she felt that aura somewhere, but she couldn't recognize it immediately. She pulled out her own blade, and in blink appeared right next to heartless, slamming it in the wall next to her with her heel.]

[The heartless were either finishing up or retreating.]

So you can fend for yourself, assassin.

[She pocketed her battle knife back in its sheaths, cracking her neck.] There was a doubt? I wouldn't be high commander of Noxia if I couldn't battle, let alone take care of myself.

High commander, an impressive rank.

I worked hard for it. Four years in the Institute of War paid off in the end. [The tone was 'if they didn't pay off, someone would die']

There is an institute for war. Somehow that does not sound proper. Safe. Justified.

Safety? Peace? That is a mirror image. No one is ever satisfied no matter the solution. And justice depends on the point of view.

So you choose to implement your views on the people. That makes you a tyrant.

[She laughs a bit] Implement my views? I don't have time for that. I'm a soldier and an assassin. I am tyrant, but not in the way you think I am.

Then explain. We are assassin's of different creeds and - [Hello heartless crawling behind her. He just took it out with a throwing knife] it might make us enemy's.

[She crosses her arms and looks at the sky, then back at him] It is clearly that we don't come from same worlds. Where I am at- there is a silent war between three countries - Demacia, Ionia and Noxia. There used to be a big war between Noxia and Ionia, with Demacia supporting Ionia.

I don't know why there was a war, but I was sent as a soldier. [She chuckles and kicks some stone] Soldiers don't really have a choice. They do what they were told to, and assassin's life is kill or be killed. No room for fails.

[She sighs.] Then Leblanc and Swain came to the Institute. They are from the order of Black Rose- an assassin's guild that was supposed to be wiped out quite some time ago. Swain managed to capture Jarvan IV, prince of Demacia and stop the war.

I had the orders to be on the battlefield and keep Demacian's from slaughtering everyone. That didn't look like something Noxia would order, but that's what I did. Leblanc and Swain said that they will release Jarvan, but I was forced to fight Garen, since the barbarian didn't know how to wait.

And then- I came here. Quite dull history lesson. [She chuckles]

[He listened carefully but the information seemed so jumbled up. There was no way to tell if she was a tyrant or not.]

Even our wars are different, it seems.

It seems so. [She looks at the crafted blade that she didn't return in its sheaths, eyes fixed on insignia of Du Couteau family] While I like fights and trouble, war can and did destroy my family. [Yes, she is blaming war for the disappearance of her world.]

Nothing good comes of war. Death and pain is the price we pay.

True. [She looked up and threw her blade behind Altair, pinning the heartless on the wall with it.]

So you just plan to chase them?

I have nothing better to do. Besides- I might get some interesting information and it will also keep my blades sharp. [She chuckles, with smirk]

I don't believe that they'll die. I've tried just about everything to destroy the little pests.
