[Yuiko had not realised what the date was, but she would find out soon enough. Yuiko could be seen on the feed placing a packed lunch box on her lap, a smile clear as day on her face. She soon opens it as a couple of moogles close to the device giggled as she looked up.]

Ah, good afternoon. Are you on your break as well?

Yes, kupo! Just started our break, kupo!

[Yuiko just smiled as she went into her lunch box and pulled out an apple. The moogles watched, moving in slightly as they watched her take a bite out of the apple, like they were expecting something to happen. It wasn't long before they got the reaction they wanted and she screamed, dropping the apple.]

There's a worm in my apple! I didn't even think it was that bad already.

[Tears had started to form in her eyes as she was about to cry, watching the now dirty apple and what appeared to be a worm within it. The moogles on the other hand didn't appear to be all that grossed out. In fact they appeared to giggle.]

April fool's Yuiko, kupo!

[While Yuiko was still crying the moogles had gone to her, they didn't expect her to be this upset after all as they went to the communicator they had been using, turning it off.]

[ He's not amused. Doesn't think the Moogles should have played such a terrible joke. ] Miss Yuiko are you al-- [ Blinks. Is that- are those- Cat Ears?! He feels his face begin to brighten with color. Promptly draws a hand to his mouth, clearing his throat. ] ...are you alright?

[It had taken the moogles a while to be able to calm the girl down and explain the whole thing. But, she still sniffed looking over to the communicator.]

I-I'm fine, just a fright that's all.

[ Sighs in relief. ] Good. I'm glad. [ Sebastian then looks aside and makes an off-handed remark. It's more for himself, but it's certainly loud enough to hear. ] I see some traditions didn't die along with our worlds. Pity.

[ Looks back to her and offers a small smile. ] ...would you care for some company? I may be able to help put a smile back on your face with something that's not tainted. A cake, perhaps, ...

[Yuiko just stares for a moment, her hands moving her packed lunch box to the side as she moves to pick up the apple with what she now knew was a gummi worm.]

I would like some company.

[ He might just be a bit excited now. He's going to get to see the cute little cat girl in person. ] Where would you like me to meet you, Miss Yuiko?

[She pauses for a moment, looking around before she started to pick up stuff she had knocked over before.]

I'm currently in Traverse Town, so how about there?

[ Nods. ] I will see you there. [ ...and with that he turns the communicator off and heads into the kitchen to whip up a small batch of cupcakes. Seals them in a box once he's finished and heads into Town. It's none too hard to find her. Pink hair. Cat ears. Heads over and offers the package before taking a small bow. ] Sebastian Michaelis, Miss Yuiko, ...at your service.

[ Oh! Just look at how cute the ears are. And she's got a tail! He's such a mess on the inside right now. ]

[Yuiko since she switched off the communicator had spent her time trying to do her job and avoiding the moogles for the rest of this holiday, with little success since she did work for them. Although when she finally spotted the person who was comforting when they had tricked her arrived, she smiled happily, her ears perking up slightly.]

It's nice to meet you in person.

[ Sebastian smiles and as he approaches he can't help but noticed her cute little ears twitch. He refrains from gushing, for right now anyway, and offers her the small box of treats. ] The pleasure is all mine.

[She bows slightly, offering her form of thanks for the moment.]

Thank you. After that prank, I'm glad there is someone who won't play a joke on me.

I had no idea the Moogles could be so malicious. [ He shakes his head before allowing for a small smile. ] No need to worry. I have no intention on playing any childish pranks on you or anybody else. [ Except for Ciel. But he's not anybody else. ]

I know this isn't much, [ Eyes drift to the small offering. ] But something sweet for someone sweet is most certainly a step in the right direction.

I think they just get bored from time to time.

[Especially when there is nothing else to do and most of the work has been done, but usually they prank each other if it gets to that, never her.]

Mm. I understand, but that's still no excuse. I'm sure the Moogles could find a more productive way to spend time.

[ Smiles. ] No need to thank me, Miss Yuiko.

[She nods slightly before looking over, her ears perking up slightly.]

Do you have a job here in Traverse Town?

I do. [ His eyes lift to her ears. C- C- Cute. His fingers twitch inadvertently. ] I am opening a Bakery called the Devil's Food Cakes. I have someone helping me with the manual labor, but I may need another baker... a protégé, so to speak.

[She tilts her head slightly.]

Don't you have anyone to help you bake?

No. Not yet. [ He's got one person on board... but he can't imagine him wanting to bake. ] You wouldn't be looking for a job, would you, ..?

[She blinks for a couple of moments.]

I've never baked before.

[Putting stuff in the microwave she can do, she can also make a small lunch and simple thing, but she's never baked.]

No? [ He chuckles. ] It's none too hard. I'd be more than happy to teach you.

Would you really?

It'd be a pleasure. [ He rises and offers her a hand. ] So, Miss Yuiko, ...would you like to be my assistant baker?

[She nodded slightly, taking his hand with a smile..]

I would like that.

[ Smiles and pulls her to her feet. ] Let's go then. I look forward to seeing what you can do in the kitchen. [ I smell disaster. ]

[After getting up she lets go, a determined look on her face.]

I will try my hardest.

Good. [ His smile broadens and his eyes gleam. ] I'm glad.
