[The communicator feed starts, and a girl with an exceedingly long white ponytail, and dark makeup around her eyes looks directly into the screen. Technological devices like this were common in the realms she was familiar with]

So which one of you losers wants to be the first to tell me what’s going on here?

[The girl didn’t seem to care how rudely she’d asked the question. All she knew is that she’d been drug here against her will and SOMEONE had better be ready to talk]

I’m waiting, and I don’t have any patience to spare.. So make it snappy or Ill turn every single one of you into toads.

So basically, your world has been eaten by Darkness but it's more like it's stuck than completely gone because there must have been some hearts there there Heartless wanted to eat and you're one of the "lucky" ones who've been spared or whatever.

Finally--. [She huffed as she tried to make sense of what this guy just said. She knit her brows in annoyance..]

Just hold on a minute. [He was throwing out terms left and right] What's this Darkness? And who or what are the Heartless?

The Darkness is why you're here. The Heartless are made of Darkness and...feed on hearts or something. They attack you anyway.

I'm liking the sound of these heartless.. [Now for some clarification]

So if I'm here it means I was strong enough to escape? While those pixies are trapped in Magix possibly having their hearts wrenched out at this very moment? [She doesn't seem at all upset by the prospect, quite the opposite]

[Tidus frowns faintly, a little wary. Still, she deserves an explanation...]

Maybe it just means they didn't like your heart enough. But I think we just got lucky. [He shrugs. After all, it wasn't he who was supposed to still be alive, but everyone else.]
