[Naoto stood by the jail cells of Port Royal, talking to what appeared to be the prison guard of the cells.]

So, now that you have heard my proposition, I hope that you can think about my offer and come to some sort of agreement.

[She bows her head slightly, putting her hand on the tip of her hat.]

I thank you for your time and I will be back later for your answer.

[She turns around and walks off, leaving behind a rather confused guard and a bunch of prison guards that were just staring, after all they didn't have much else to do. Once she has gotten outside she looks at the device.]

It has come to my attention that in other worlds there seems to be no way to enforce the rules, so when people break them, there is no way to punish them correctly. I was hoping that the world here would allow us to use just one cell so that any rule breaking would mean coming here, but as of yet the answer to this is currently unknown.

[She is currently walking through the business part and watches as a couple of drunken idiots stumbled out from the bar into the street. She watched them for a little bit before sighing slightly.]

As much as I would like to help around here, I still have a case I need to get back to.

[Which given what she had so far, wasn't going exceptionally well. though she did figure someone must have known about what the device can do, so that narrowed her option.]

Speaking of the case, I'm not close to finding out who did it, but I do have some information that will be of use, which does cut down the number considerably.

So... he will just not be responding to this at all. Course she could always get a 'tip' that Chloe had been seen there and catch him at the flower shop if she wanted to question him. ]

I'm hoping to, but there are some worlds that just don't seem to. I'm hoping to improve that.

Not really, I protect against heartless. Once in a while there's a thief or two but no corpses.

You can say it is. A murder happened on the evening of April 5th, I can't really say more than that.

There are many thieves and low crime in this city but murder I have yet to be exposed to.
