[Aidou switched on the feed to show off a small box. It had been two months since he started, but he finally is now able to show off his long hard work, besides after vampires have been biting people, it seems only fair he gives these a test run.]

Since I first arrived here, I haven't really explored very much, the rare time I did I would always find something to distract me. Like I don't know... someone taking apart a Gummi ship or the whole situation that happened recently.

[Twirling the box through his fingers he pauses, thinking about what to say next.]

But, while I've been lacking in experience and exploration, I've gained through my own methods and doing basic research and scientific experiments. While I haven't learnt a lot from these methods to, I hope that it will answer questions we might have in the future.

[Placing the small box down on the table, he went and placed his head on his hand.]

Though I will ask this, if anyone wants me to find something out scientifically, I'll be happy to help, but there are a few guidelines I ask for. More importantly there is one I defiantly ask for and that is to work during the night. I'm not a morning person, I don't like having to wake up early, so if you need help, I'd prefer it during the night.

That is about all.

[He picks up the box again, holding it up.]

Rima, would you be okay with being a guinea pig and test these? I'm planning on doing it myself, just so you know.

They taste like normal blood tablets. I got the basics sorted, I just hope that they don't cause any negative side effects such as blood cravings or something worse.

[It's that guy from the other day... the one that tried to cheer me up when I was acting like a complete LBR (Loser beyond repair). Remembering her public display humbled her ever-so-slightly. It was unusual... but she sort of felt like she should thank him.. or something.

He really was an attractive looking guy too.. who was into science? Really? Who'd ever heard of an attractive nerd? With a shake of her head she tried to bolster her confidence by applying a layer of lip gloss before turning on the feed]

You're more of a night owl? It's no wonder I haven't seen you around more often. [It's also why your skin is so pale... but for Aidou it worked. It let his brilliant blue eyes take center stage..]

[He laughed sightly, placing his elbows upon the desk he was sitting in front of before resting his head. A small smile spread across his lips. Well, well, a face that recognised that wasn't Rima, Yuuki or Kaname... or that weird woman who enjoys taking apart things. Well for now best to put on the charm.]

Yes, sometimes I can be spotted during the evening, but... there is something about the night that's just pleasant.

There is a certain appeal about the night. [She readily agreed. The best parties were thrown in the evenings, and the most elaborate outfits could take center stage..] Tell me, with all this work you're trying to line up when are you ever going to have the time to do something fun?

While I'm thinking about it.. I wanted to thank you for your help. [She wouldn't have stepped foot on one of those ships without having spoken to someone first] I don't remember if I ever got the chance to thank you properly in person..

[He leant on the desk slightly, head upon on hand. He had been watching the feed carefully as he had already replied to a few people who replied, but so far no job offers... apparently being a scientist doesn't mean they want you working for them here.]

It was no problem, I was bored at the time and you seemed a little freaked out over a harmless Gummi Ship.

[Well, he thought they seem pretty harmless.]

As for the offer, I usually like sweet things.
