[Lizzie twirls around happily in what appears to be a brand new dress.]

Do you like my new dress? Isn't it cute?

[She soon stops spinning long enough to make herself slightly dizzy as she shook her head, making her way over to her desk where there were a good number of packages.]

I went shopping today and I saw all these really cute clothes. Ciel, Chloe, I found both of you some really cute clothes that I hope you like.

[She goes and picks up a couple of boxes, placing them to the side, those were for Ciel and Chloe. The remainder of the boxes as to who they belonged to will soon be answered.]

Lady Belle, I thought that you might have needed some dresses, so I brought you a lot of cute ones I found. I just hope they are the right size.

[Once that was done and dusted, Elizabeth had gone and sat down.]

Can anyone explain to me what exactly a beach party is? I've heard something about some beach party, but I have no idea what exactly it is.

Babe, a beach party is just like any other party save for the attire and the spread that's laid out. [Or rather the catering tends to consist of lighter finger foods than the h'orderves the girl was probably used to at the fancier galas] Just grab a suit and you'll fit right in.
