05 ♚ Excorcism anyone? ♚ [Video/Action for Traverse Town]

[When the feed begins, it’s quite abrupt as if it was completely unintentional. Ciel is dressed head to toe in black, save for the white collar. Clutched in his hand was a silver crucifix, being held out in the direction of another person. In his other hand a vial of holy water]

Vade, Satana, inventor et magister

[The boy chanted in Latin as fluidly as he would English. The target seemed to stiffen at those words, and looked unsure whether they should flee or stay]

[With a flick of his wrist, Ciel sent water splattering onto the person and more importantly his shadow. Irritated by the sudden shower, a heartless rose and took shape, it‘s eyes filled with an almost iridescent glow]

[He’d never seen a demon or spirit manifest so clearly before. Ciel wouldn’t allow the creature to dissuade him from his chanting. It is Father Phantomhive. [He gently corrected the girl. It had been ages since anyone had called him Ciel.]

I hope you were not troubled by the event you have just witnessed.

Not always as a priest, no. I did have to receive the call, and consult the Lord on my decision.

I assure you I did attend the seminary and was ordained.

[ he flares up a little, getting annoyed ]

[Alright, no he knows why this guy keeps trying to shut him up. CLEARLY this is also a demon. I'm afraid it's more latin chanting for you]

[Oz is just, sort of weird out by everything that is going on.]

[he answered after the heartless had been driven off]

It is strange, but you are not to first to say as such. I assure you, no matter what it may have appeared I am very much religious.

It's...still kind of a weird thing to see though.

That is correct, but if you will remember God channeled his message through various means. A burning bush, a column of light..

And Noah had a few stumbling blocks along the way before he accomplished what was needed. Men stray from their duties even despite what they've been told.
