The moment she had come out she paused, taking in her surroundings once more. She remembered this place a tiny bit, but it had only been a year since she had been here last.]

[Naoto looked down at the odd creature, her eyes studying it, wondering why exactly this moogle was so panicked.]

Excuse me, but you both are under arrest for public fighting and dangering those around you and one case of harassment, so will you both drop your weapons and put your hands behind your back. If you fail to follow these instructions I am allowed to take more physical action.

[There is no way they would just GIVE UP the ultimate power of revolution. Facing a new enemy they prepare to fight... until they realize she is a cop... and that they are being arrested. Maybe it would be better to give up. ]
