[It's sometime in the evening and Hermione has been busy tidying up her new apartment. It looks wonderful, really. There's a new desk with tidy rows of books decorating its shelves against the wall, and by the window sill she's managed to find some flowers to match the curtains and add some color to the place. On the floor, however, there's a cauldron bubbling and oozing out white smoke across the floor. She doesn't seem to have a problem with it.]

I think that about does it.

[She pours some more ingredients into what she's making before rubbing her hands together and standing up again.]

How unfortunate, I should have packed more ingredients. Now I'll have to restock on everything. Salamander tail, toad bile, crushed marigold's- do they even have these things here, I wonder?

[She settled herself on the bed, moving an open notebook onto her lap and scribbling things down.]

I hope everyone is doing well after last week's affair. Truth be told, I was worried about some of you.

Ah! Like those elixirs the moogles carry? Did they teach you how to make them on your own?

Well, I learned to make them. I'm... somewhat talented at the art.

[She's cautious. She doesn't think people will enjoy knowing she's a witch.]

[And Agni is just going to think the moogles taught her now XD. The moogles are perfectly innocent creatures]

Isn't it wondrous how we all manage to excel at one thing or another?

Y-Yes, it is. I've always been gifted at the magical arts.

[Magical arts? Agni hadn't really thought of potions being "magical" before but more medicinal. More like what a apothecary might concoct. Still.. he had met a vampire, and witnessed untold wonders that could not be explained away and could have indeed been magic]

To learn what your gift is at such an early age is even rarer.
