[The video opens to show Kaworu smiling cheerfully in Traverse Town, as if his world hadn't just been engulfed in Darkness not too long ago.]

The heart is fragile, susceptible to the insecurities that come from within and from the influence of others. Such insecurities don't need a label, like "Darkness", for the heart to fall prey to them.

[He looks upward and pensively eyes the night sky.]

I didn't predict this. But I heard the ones who aren't here are only trapped in the Darkness. That means there's still hope. The heart is weak, but it possesses something wonderful: the ability to choose. More of the Lilim will find themselves here, over time, so long as they choose to face the Darkness.

[He glances back down at the screen, briefly shutting his eyes before opening them as he smiles.]

I think that I've been on this particular world long enough. Which worlds should I see next? Is there anyone willing to show me around?

They can indeed. [He agreed flippantly as if he were trying to end the conversation swiftly.]

[He inclines his head, smiling faintly.] Isn't this the part where you introduce yourself?

My name is Elizabeth Middleford and I'll be happy to show you around if you still wish it.

[He offers her a smile.]

I'm Kaworu Nagisa. Would you show me around? I want to see the best places there are.

[Her lips are pursed as the screen flickers to life, almost as if she hasn't finished contemplating what she wants to reply with. The look of surprise at the video a moment later only confirms that to be true.]

Ack! Um. [Think fast, Usagi.] Do you really think hearts are weak? [She figures quite the opposite.] The way people feel can really drive them to do great things!

[He smiles gently at her surprise.] Even a weaker heart can do great things. That's part of why the heart is so wonderful. If you didn't have those weaknesses and fears, would you be as motivated to rise up from it?

[So it's a little hard for her to understand what he means.]

But does being afraid of something have to mean you have a weak heart? [it seems so backwards to her.]

Wow, you really know a lot about hearts! Do you study them or something?

I have a great interest in them, so I have made it my agenda to learn as much as possible. Most of what I know is from experience.

I thought only the heartless were interested in hearts.

How inspirational! [He announces, tone a bit higher pitched than one might expect on a man his age. And the words are followed with a manic burst of laughter.]

But perhaps your Lilim will find their way here. People do have a penchant for popping up.

The worlds here are a bit strange, but they're fascinating really. I don't particularly care for the underwater one myself. But other than that...

[He smiles at him, completely unfazed. If anything, he's a little intrigued.]

Ah...they're not my Lilim, but I believe you're right. We found ourselves here, after all.

Have they really created such an extensive shelter to live underwater? Is there any world that's your favorite?

Quite true.

[A thoughtful sort of hum and he lifts a finger to tap against his chin.] Well, they're all fishy sorts so it seems fitting.

I don't particularly have a favorite, no. Though I find one castle in particular to be rather interesting. Only in that it... reminds me a bit of home. Even if it has quite a few details wrong.

[ he looks a little pained by that. frowning lightly ]

The Lilim? Who are they?

Every living soul has them. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

[He smiles at him.]

The Lilim, or Lilith's Children. They're a lot like you, yet different. Unless I've traveled through time as well, and they've managed to move on to different worlds. It's not unlikely.

I think it is.

...I'm pretty sure we're just called humans. I've never heard of anyone named Lilith who had children here.

[It's just an observation. An impressed one.]

The heart isn't always weak. It can be a very powerful thing.

What good would come from being upset?

[He smiles politely, revealing nothing, though he does pause to contemplate Obi-Wan's words.]

It can be. Sometimes it's the most fragile ones that end up surprising us at a critical moment.

[He grins.] You're right. I'm just not used to that kind of level-headed thinking from newcomers.

I've seen it enough to know it's true. You speak like you know from experience yourself.
