[Video / Disney Castle Rose Garden Action ]

[ The roses swayed gently in the cool morning breeze freeing a few loose blossoms as the current swept through the bushes and sending the gorgeous red petals tumbling through the air.

A whole year… He had actually been in this place for a year.

In that time he had faced many heartless but only one enemy from home and there was no way for that guy to be a threat to anyone ever again. Maybe that life he had led before arriving here could be left behind, forgotten. Was this place safe enough to never require the services of a dark executioner?

Chloe brought his sheers up to trim an overgrown bloom from the bush he was tending to. The rose fell lightly into his hand just as he came to a kind of decision and reached to turn on his network device. ]

The roses in the castle garden are doing especially well this summer, no doubt due to my expert guidance.

[Modesty? What is that? ]

If you have time to see them it is something I would highly recommend. It would make the perfect location if anyone is planning a romantic rendezvous.

[Now on to the actual reason for this message. ]

There is one other thing. Maybe some one knows where Makoto lives now? Some how I neglected to ask her myself.

[She bowed her head and clasped her hands together]

I can meet you there.

So you live with a group of others? Soon I will have clues enough to track you down.

[He teases since she keeps only telling him bits and pieces of things without giving the address. ]

[Clues enough to track me down?! Oh yeah that line was enough to tongue tie her for a few moments]

Oh-okay.

[She shut off the feed and headed out to the gummi docks.]

[True to his word he would be waiting right there by the entrance... in a nice shady spot. There was no reason to stand in the sun the entire time. ]

[This was the third time she'd been to this world.. it was starting to become more familiar to her. As she walked down the streets she couldn't help feeling like the townspeople somehow knew why she was here. They didn't of course but all the same she hurried her pace to escape their gazes.]

[When she reached the gate, she didn't see him right away]

[Walking through the gate and looking around to find the one who had invited her, Makoto was easy enough to slip up on. Not that he had been intending to she just happened to be looking the other direction when he walked up to her.]

[Gently said in order to gain her attention. ]

I'm glad you decided to come.

[She visibly jumped at hearing her name. Gentle or not, she's a little on edge. With a laugh she turned toward him.]

I'm glad I did too. [I think. Maybe. Why am I here?]

This garden looks so lovely. [Nice save]

Since you enjoy roses so much I will have to make sure you see them all.

[So said while casually taking her arm and leading her further into the garden. There was one place, an arbor covered with climbing roses, that she would probably love to see. It was a beautiful location and the perfect spot to ask some one out on a more formal date than this meeting.]
