[Naoto is in her usual place; the office, but this time she was getting ready to actually leave. That's a first as she switches off the lights and leaves, folder placed firmly under her arm.]

I have heard about this tournament that someone brought up. While I'm not participating myself, I'm curious to know what kind of things will happen during.  I would like to have a talk with those who are thinking of joining, after all I just want to understand this thing better and get to know more of these worlds customs.

[She soon switches on another light in a different room filled with files and making her way over to one she opened it, soon revealing a folder with a stamp of 'Cold Case' over it as she sighed, putting it away.]

I will be thankful for those who are willing to give me the information and... [She pauses, with that girls post with her being male, while annoying is understandable.] as for that 'awards video' that was shown... congratulations are in order for those who won. Although one I would have to disagree on for reasons.

[She laughed slightly, even here she had been admired as a boy, but she knew she wasn't, nor did she truly want to be.]

I haven't seen a tournament like this but presumably it would be like any other fighting competition. The rules that we have heard so far seem simple enough, if you win your match you move on in the tournament but if you lose you are out.

In events such as this, the odds are much higher than say a simple flower show.

I can tell you whatever you like about the tournament.

Hades held one of these last year, and it was an excellent way to meet others with various fighting skills. I enjoyed it a great deal.

About the event and what goes on.

The tournament is a contest of strength and endurance! Each contestant gets paired off with another to determine who is the strongest fighter or at least who fought the best in his series of challenges.

The tournament takes a few rounds to narrow down the field based on a tiered system.

Normally.. I think the last two contestants that were not eliminated then have to fight one last time in order for a winner to be crowned... but last year that's not quite what happened..

I believe it was a Chimera.

Chimera...I believed those to be of fairytales and stories. Seems that I was wrong.
