[Once she had gotten word that there was a library at the school, Ami had made a habit of having regular visits there. She had already gotten through a few of her old favorites, but she was finding herself hesitant to try anything new...

...that, and she didn't even know where to start.

Once she'd found a quiet, secluded little corner in the library, away from any students or easily-annoyed librarians, she opened communication on her device to send out a broadcast for the first time since her return arrival.]

[Eep! Was she too loud?! She hunches her shoulders slightly and keeps her voice at a stage-whisper.]

So I would like to see if there's any interest in starting a book club, here? With such a lovely library, it would be a shame to see the opportunity go to waste!

[She smiles momentarily, but her brow quickly furrows in concern.] Unless there already is one? I'm sorry, I hadn't thought to look into that. If there is a book club, then...please accept my apologies, I don't mean to impose with my own, I'd happily join one if there's already one in existence.

Oh! I mean, if there's open membership, I mean.

[Aaagh, she should've thought out what she was going to say before opening her mouth. Great job, Ami. Now you're blushing, no doubt. Next time write down what you wish to say, and don't stray from it.]

I should have guessed you would think of starting a book club.

I haven't been to the school to actually know if such a thing exists though, so can't help you there.

I don't believe there is one, but I can suggest a few books for when there is one.
