[Video / Underworld Action ]

Ok, I get it, I do, went a little too far with the ‘taking over worlds’ thing…

[At first one can only hear Hades voice and see the dark and gloomy interior of the Underworld. ]

So Dante, come on, let’s talk this over a bit.

[There is a clank of chain as whomever is using the recording device tries to figure out how to move the camera. There is even a brief glimpse of an eyeball as the creature looks inside the lens to see if the thing is working. ]

We’re both reasonable people here, well, not people per se but… we can work this out. What do you want? There must be something… help finding some one, success in your business… Oh! A new jacket?

[And there the camera finally focuses on Hades who appears to have been chained to his throne in the Underworld. Now for those who know their Greek mythology they should recognize the golden chains that even a God can’t break. Dante and his team successfully managed to put Hades out of commission for a while. ]

Come on, let’s talk, what do you say?

Tempt you? Now how could I possibly tempt you... except, you know, telling you who was behind those murders so you can have your bloody vengeance against the people who insulted your family and brought dishonor down on you... But, that's nothing that could tempt you...

I would think the Lord of the Underworld could do better than that... [Ciel tried to feign disinterest but Hades knew his audience] just possessing that information brings me no closer to obtaining my goals...

There is another way to travel between worlds isn't there? A more efficient method..?

Now that you mention it there is a more efficient way to travel between worlds, the Doorways into Darkness. If you learn how to use them well enough you might even be able to travel to your missing world and find those people I know you so desperately trying to find.

[After that, there wasn't much need to keep the communicator on. He would wait until the imps gave him the all clear and then be on his way.]

[Yes well, the puppy would have been put away. It just wouldn't do to have him eating visitors right now.

And Pain and Panic would be there at the entrance to escort Ciel down deeper into the Underworld to where Hades is chained to his throne. ]

Hey kid, about time you got here, slow chariot today huh?

[It was surprisingly easy to get into the underworld, especially with the special escort from the two imps. They're mundane attempts at small talk were not appreciated but he tolerated it. Once he got in the same chamber with Hades he drew near enough so that they could shake on this deal..]

[Hades held out his hand... at least as far as he could given the chains holding him back and impatiently waited for the kid to tae the bait.

Right. We have a deal. [With one little handshake their deal is sealed. The chains would most likely remain in Hades possession after this... a pity. One of the most effective defenses against any sort of God would be lost in the labyrinth of the Underworld.

He reached for the chains, expecting more resistance than what he was actually met with.]
