Mokuba wasn’t entirely sure what to make of this place…. It looked suspiciously like something you’d see in a video game, the moogles weren‘t helping to dissuade him from this idea. If this wasn’t just a dream.. Then it could have been a life like simulation... but if it was only a simulation that led to a whole slew of other questions]

[His tone was cheerful displaying that he hadn’t grasped the gravity of his situation yet. Turning it over, he briefly looked at the back of the communicator before flipping it back over and addressing it]

This is Mokuba Kaiba here, the commissioner of the battle city tournament. I’d like some answers and I would like them immediately. If this is some kind of trick it won’t be tolerated and you will be disqualified. Trust me, it’ll be easier to turn yourself in now, before my brother finds you first.

[Had he been in any right mind to "play" with darling little boys like Mokuba he would have. But, as the situation was, the Mist had left him a broken man. He wasn't in any sort of mood to be "greeting" anyone, much less Kaiba's little brother whose soul he'd once held captive as ransom for Kaiba fighting Yugi so that he might gain control of Kaiba Corporations.

He'll let Seto explain the details of why, once he's brought to the house, Pegasus was even there. In fact, he won't be moving a hair out of bed so long as he can help it.
