08 Flight ☁ Looking for Work ☁ [Video/Action Olympus Coliseum]

[The video caught sight of Hermes flitting about the coliseum. With nothing to do… he’d taken to spending most of his time with Herc and Phil.. And though the three usually got along fine it was definitely starting to grate on the goat-man’s nerves as well as the God’s.

Going from those regular pantheon meetings, to the semi regular deliveries to next to nothing wasn’t an easy transition.

Returning to the communicator he decided to lay it all out there.]

All right cats, and kittens.. I’m going to cut right to the chase, you dig?

If any of you, need ANYTHING delivered.. Whether it’s a message, object, what have you.. I’m the God for the job. [A touch of a nervous laugh] I’m also a whiz at organization, I have office experience and I can build a pita faster than Zeus-y can hurl a lightning bolt.

If anyone out there, in need of any services along those lines? I’m not asking for anything in return so beseech away.

[Leonardo asks while casting a sad glance over his should to the complete wreck he has made of Dante's kitchen. Papers and drawings EVERYWHERE! ]

I have experience with many things, but I am afraid... organization has always escaped me. I always seem to lay things aside and then forget, entirely, where I have put them.

[With a wave two glasses of ambrosia appear on the table and Hades takes his seat on the other side across from the chair he pulled out for Hermes. ]

What you were talking about earlier, I get it, it's kind of quiet without the other Gods around... well, I mean Zeus is here, but I haven't seen much of him. He hasn't even tried to go to Mount Olympus has he?

It's not large. I just need someone to deliver some work to Dante. There are a few things he needs to sign and to check over a few reports.

I certainly am.. I'd give you my references but .. heh as most the Pantheon isn't here I can only cite Hades as one of them.

What do you need done?

I just need to organize my office a little more. It's more sorting out the paperwork so that it isn't all just lumped in together. It's not easy for just me to do alone.

Sounds simple enough to me.

[Keeping notes from the Pantheon meetings, and keeping them in order was just the sort of experience that would aide him in this venture]

When did you want me to get started on it?

Whenever you have free time, of course.

[Because really-- he's all up for the whole pita vs lightning bolt thing.]

[ and sebastian had gotten the demonstration he'd wanted. not that he didn't believe hermes, but it was always nice to see it first hand. motions for the speedy little god to follow him inside. ] I have a little pet project I am working on. It's on a need to know basis, of course, and I would appreciate if you'd keep it under wraps.

[ clears his throat. ] I intend to drive the Darkness back so that more and more Worlds can be drawn out. I could use somebody like you to pass instructions and items between myself and the others before, during, and after.

If I need anything delivered... [She pauses for a moment thinking about it.] I might have something in mind and I'll make sure you are paid well. [She had been pondering a lot lately and was thinking about something to do with her shop.]

If you really wish to do something in exchange for my services then a temple, a pillar or wall mounted alter dedicated to me would suffice.

[She nodded, well that's some form of payment.]

I think I can do the wall mounted alter. [Not so much the others ones though.] Anyway I was thinking about delivering some clothes to a few people, but there are a lot to a lot of people and I don't know if I could deliver them within a small time span.

[More of a case of she won't be able to afford a temple.] Very well. I do have a list of names and the parcels do also have the names of the people they are meant to go to.

Any particular reason why you want it to be totally anon? Not that you have to answer that.

Let's just say I want it to be a surprise for someone I know and I doubt they'll accept it if they knew it was from me.

[If it wasn't Oz, Hermes would have questioned whether he'd be delivering something nefarious or not but since it was Oz he figured it was on the up and up]
