[The first thing people will be seeing this day is a calender with the month October written upon it. Underneath were the days and dates with one circled very clearly with red marker as if to mention something big was going to happen that day. After a moment of the device staring at it, it turns around to reveal Minako on the other side, still pretty much in her pajamas and not looking like she'll get out of them anytime soon.]

I can't believe it's always less than a month until a girls favorite day. Next to Valentines Day of course, because this is the day people give you presents and sometimes money for being one year older. [With a smile, she looked a little more excited.] If you haven't guessed in under a months time, it will be my seventeenth birthday. One year older and one more year closer to being a beautiful young woman whose dream of being an idol might be one step closer to becoming a reality.

[With that in mind, she made her way over to her bed, going now to sit down upon it, but if you take a closer look you'll notice she isn't in Agrabah, the beds are way to different.] I just thought with what happened that people could use this as a positive thing to look forward to. A young girl reaching maturity, which also means for you lot a party of some kind to look forward to. [Once that part was over she started to swing her legs back and forth.]

For the dating thing, we are currently still working on fixing things, so it's kind of slow and quiet on our end, but I do hope you all had a good time either way.

It's not until October, but I'm already getting excited about it.

No one ever has the talent for anything first time. But just because things fail the doesn't mean we're going to give up. It's part of why we're working on things. Besides what happened was just a fun auction for charity, I don't see how that says we have no talent or not?

...You sent people out to a date where they would become furry animals and have a picnic next to a stagnant waterhole...
There was nothing romantic about that.

[Not that he wanted a romantic evening with Sebastian but just the idea that anyone would chose that as a dating location showed a lack of finesse to him. A date should be memorable, an elegant dance on a moonlit evening... not furries by a pond. At least in Chloe's mind that was a very poor choice of location, showing a lack of skill with dating matters.
She was young though, what did she really understand about dating?]

A charity auction would have worked better if people had known what it was from the beginning. You might have had people willingly sign up if they had realized the money was going towards a good cause.
Whereas a 'blind date' kind of setup would have worked better if people had known that was what it was intended to be.

[He doesn't mean to come off sounding rude if he is, Chloe is just not very good at hiding his emotions about things. When he doesn't like something he will usually say so, or... end up making a face that says so for him.

If you are going to try it again you should make certain the people you pair up are better suited to each other and that they would end up doing an activity they would enjoy.

Hey, what worlds would be better is a work in progress. Though some turned out better than others, it's hard to think of what would work. It at least cuts that down.

Well we hadn't planned on it being a charity auction when we first asked for people to sign up. It was kind of a last minute thing when I saw that the moogles were having a hard time getting things they needed to rebuild.

All I am saying is if you are going to continue with this business you will need to do a lot more research than you have. Love is far too complicated a subject for someone to meddle in.

Most dating services have their clients fill out a questionnaire or go through a screening process first. A thing like that might help you narrow down who is actually interested in your service and what kind of person they might be looking for.

Dating services feel less than romantic to me. I would never actually use one. It is impossible not to hear about how they operate however. There are ads and commercials for them on the television and internet all of the time.

I never really see that many, so I wouldn't know. I just knew they existed in the newspaper or something like that.

I'm not surprised. A girl like you wouldn't really need to look for a dating service either, would you?

[Chloe believes some one so pretty wouldn't need one.]

I prefer to go out and look myself.

[Nods, total agreement on that. They both like to find their own dates. ]

So do I. It's easier to find some one you actually connect with that way.

Unless the date is kind of boring to begin with.

Then you would just have to find a way to make it more interesting.

[Hm, she might be a little young for things to be too interesting however. ]

Or date some one different next time.

It's a case of finding the right one. If it turns up boring, then odds are it's not a right fit.
