Locked to Samus, Sephiroth, and Lassiter/ Video

[A slightly tired-looking Seifer appears on-screen. He appears to be arguing with someone in the background, but who it may be is not seen.] Look, ma'am. I'm very sorry that your cabbages wilted before the harvest, but that really isn't a problem for the police. If you're having any problems involving criminal activity, you're more than welcome to come to this department.

[He disappears for a moment while the sound of a door slamming is heard. He returns once more, this time holding a small cube] Chiefs Sephiroth and Lassiter, Ms. Aran. I'm sending this message regarding pieces of lost equipment reported by Samus Aran, a bounty hunter we occasionally employ. This was located by an IDPD team in Atlantica.

The other pieces are still missing. It's important that locating these other pieces becomes a priority. If you have any questions, you can direct them to either myself or Ms. Aran.

----

[When the message is over, another private one is sent out to Sephiroth.] I'm sorry for what happened at the tournament. I was trying to get you two out of there safely, but it backfired. I understand if you decide to no longer associate with me.

At least I'm not the only one with people who can't tell the difference between "criminal activity" and "things you should figure out yourself".

I and the other officers in Traverse Town have been looking, but nothing's turned up so far. --Just what is the big deal about these things, anyway? That thing doesn't seem like it can do much.
