[As the shadows gave way to release the young man on the street, he stumbled forward slightly before catching himself against the side of a building. Chest rising and falling rapidly with pent up adrenalin, he forced himself to calm his breathing and take stock of his current situation. Because despite what he expected, he wasn't in the Castle any longer. Even without his senses alerting him to that fact, it would have been confirmed by the sudden appearance of the moogle who approached him with wary caution while carrying some kind of device in one paw and a sack in the other.

When he made no move toward it, it seemed to gain a bit of confidence and came closer to offer both to him to take, along with an explanation that multiple worlds out there had again been taken by the Darkness and that they were working at restoring them. Then it left as quickly as it had appeared, leaving him to ponder its explanation as he finally felt recovered enough to push away from the wall and walk toward the alleyway's mouth to look over the area beyond. Well, that answered where he was now. Traverse town...but how he had ended up here, despite the moogle's explanation, still escaped him.

He turned his attention to the device and after a moment's study had figured out how to work it. He would refrain from the video broadcast for now, least until he learned more about whom else was out there.]

Hello, I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could perhaps explanation just what is happening currently any better than the moogle did?

[A twinge of pain from his chest, possibly bruised ribs made themselves known as he spoke and he added onto his broadcast.]

Also if anyone has any healing ability, I could use your aid.

Well, I guess I can try and help explain, but there's only so much I know.

Some knowledge is better than none. Can you tell me what you do know?

Well for one a lot of peoples worlds are being taken by Darkness, though it's unsure as to why this is happening.

I see. [He falls somewhat into a rather softly spoken quiet musing.]

Something is making it act different or spread quicker then..

What efforts are being taken to counteract this?

You would have to ask Sora about that. I don't really know otherwise.

[Well, it looks like he'll have to find his answers elsewhere. Since he rather has his doubts the keyblade wielder would care to speak with him about such a subject without trying to take him down much like he had the others in the castle...even if the boy didn't know of him.]

You're hurt? ( she looks concerned. and pauses ) If you've just arrived -- that must mean... Traverse Town, right?

Yes, I've just arrived in Traverse town and yes, I was in a fight before I arrived here...can you use healing magic or do you know someone who can? [It would be nice to move or breathe deeply without suffering for it, he'd heal himself if he wasn't so tired actually, but he rather doubts he can get a decent nights rest like this...so seeking aid it is.]

Yes! I can. Do you -- can you tell me about your surroundings? Anything will do! I'm on my way!

I am near the item shop in the First District. Sitting at the tables.

( she's running at the top speed her legs can take her. fourtunately, now that she's been in traverse town for awhile, it's much easier to navigate and she seems to know exactly where to go.
as she turns the last corner and spots the man in question -- thank goodness he responded in video, otherwise it might have been difficult... she approaches his table breathlessly, trying to compose herself )

A pleasure to meet you, Yuna. I am Zexion, and yes, I was. I managed to defend myself and get away but somehow I ended up here instead of where I intended to go.

[Those were half-truths at best, but it wasn't as if it mattered here and now. She had no need to know just how he ended up in this shape anyway.]

( she looks over your injuries once more and takes a step back; extending her arms out, and bringing them down straight forward as she casts curaga ) You weren't... poisoned or cursed -- nothing along those lines, were you? [He relaxed somewhat within his chair as he felt the magic take effect and sighed softly as his chest ceased to stab him with pain for every breath he took.] No I wasn't.

( she sighs in relief and relaxes ) Ah, I'm glad. Still -- ( she reaches into her sleeve and offers him a single potion ) take this with you! In case that wasn't quite enough. ( and a nod to solidify the deal )

Not at all. ( a smile ) It's the least I could do. After being brought to this place, I've been trying to make myself useful... It's the same for you, isn't it? Was your world captured by the darkness as well before you arrived?

[He takes the offered potion and puts it within a hidden pocket in the coat silently before returning his attention to the young lady before him.]

Yes, that appears to be the case. [Well not so much as world, as place, but then the woman didn't need to know the details really.]

Do you know anything about what's being done to combat what's happening?

( and it seemed she wouldn't pry anymore than that, anyway... ) I heard that -- there's a way to bring the worlds back. I'm afraid I don't have anymore details than that, but... it's something, right? ( there's a timid smile on her lips )

[He knows that voice and yet there's an uncertainty holding him back from revealing too much if only because the owner of that voice was supposed to be dead. Only he and Axel remained out of those who had gone to the castle. Yet, it sounded so like twelfth member of the Organization. Still best to proceed with caution, especially considering the actions of the younger members within the castle.]

There was, but if the moogle is to be believed, then I have my doubts it currently exists right now.

Some things are incapable of change, yes...but eventually change will come to even those things. Unfortunately, often this has the tendency to destroy what refuses to change...

However, even if that place were still there; there's no point of me returning to it since my business there is in a sense concluded and returning would likely only lead to further unpleasantness.

[In as much as he would like to take Riku out of the picture, he doesn't exactly trust Axel enough to attempt returning and seeking the redhead's aid in taking the boy out. Not when it's entirely possible the second fight might see him destroyed. He has no desire to vanish just yet from this incomplete existence.]

That place was hardly a world in itself, merely a place in which to do business. It's purpose failed and the business might as well be said to be finished...thus it matters little if it is restored or not.

[It was a gamble to give that much information, but if it wasn't the woman he thought it somehow might be, then likely the words would merely serve to confuse instead of enlighten. He would judge how much more he spoke next time by their response to that small tidbit.]

I mean what I said...there's no mistake. The whole ordeal collapsed like a house of cards to put it mildly. In fact, I felt it happen.

[There was no mistaking the times when the scents of the others had vanished from the castle. He still in a way regretted Lexaeus's own death and his indirect part in that, but it would have been worth something if the plan hadn't failed.]

I know just what was happening in both halves of that place...both plans failed.

[He ends there because one it wouldn't do to reveal too much and two, he just thought of something and he desires to think on it further to figure out the puzzle it presents before speaking of it. He still can't believe how his own plans had failed so miserably, everything had been going so well, even despite Sora's victory against Marluxia. Then somehow the boy had somehow won against his fear of the Darkness within him and struck back at him...with such strength. While he did know Marluxia's plans, he was uncertain just how those plans had fallen through as well, though he had his suspicions.]

No, there was one other.

Axel also survived or at very least he had been alive when I was pulled away from the castle. Whether he is still alive or lost to the Darkness, that I do not know; but of everyone else...they all had fallen before my departure.

[Including you, Larxene. Though somehow she seemed rather unaware of the fate that she had apparently somehow nullified...he would have to look into that, perhaps a moogle would know. It was worth asking the next time he spotted one of them.]

Really, do you actually think I would even consider the possibility that something which shouldn't exist could go about acting as if it has every right to exist? The keyblade-wielder is still out there running loose and I for one have no desire to fall under his weapon due to such obvious stupidity.

[And yes, he's perfectly aware he didn't answer the first question; his business is his business and currently he has no plans on sharing the fact he has no plans yet on just what he's going to do with himself. He might eventually end up in TWTNW and consider working with the woman again, but he doesn't really favor the idea right now. After all, what is to keep her from betraying him should the opportunity arise?]

Yes. I know of his friends.. [He'd nearly died at the hands of Sora's best friend after all...it was highly possible the white-haired boy had by now reunited with Sora. All the more reason for him to be cautious about his appearances on this network.]

Things have never really been hospitable for us, we're incomplete and thus the world rejects us and until we complete ourselves it will always reject us.
