This place has Shadows too, hunh? Or something close enough to em. Thought I'd finally gotten away from that shit. You'd figure after the Fall, the end of the world, whatever the Hell it is that happened, the worthless debris could at leats be left in peace. Figures.

If you take my advice, the best thing to do is just sleep through it all. Don't go out at night. Don't go looking for trouble. If it finds you, run like Hell. I haven't seen any cases of Apathy Syndrome here, and without that there just ain't a good enough reason to stick your neck out. And if you don't take my advice, well, take it from me: kids who play with guns get shot, kids who play with stoves get burned. Don't be expecting me to show up and save your ass if you don't know enough to keep away from a hot burner. And don't complain to me about it either. Got that?

Shinji. We're the ones most qualified to help get rid of these shadows. We've been through it before. I'm not afraid to fight if it means there's a chance we might get back home.

Last time I decided to butt in, I got killed. The time before that, I got someone else killed. Doesn't look like either one did anybody a lot of good. I haven't seen Amada around here anywhere, have you?

There's a chance to get it back. If we can fight back the shadows -- the Heartless -- here, our world could be restored. That's what Lilisette has told me, anyway. I trust her.

If you're gonna pull a dumb stunt like this, though, you're going to do it right. Training regimen, good diet, regular schedule... four-man team, if we can swing it. No going off half-cocked.

Of course I'll do it right. Since when have I done anything half-assed? I take this seriously. We'll train, we'll keep it on a strict schedule... we'll be fine.

Now we just need more people who are capable.

You know how I feel about that kind of shit. Almost threw away my Evoker when I first showed up.

Still got it, though. And... I can feel it, still. And hit things harder than anybody normal.

There's a wannabe banchou from Inaba and his girlfriend who say they saved the world or some shit like that. Sounds like they both have Personas. Kirijo Group ever do any work out that way?

It was a shot in the dark, but I figured I'd ask. Glad I did.

I can still feel mine, too. [He refrains from mentioning, at least for the time being, that his Persona had changed to one Shinjiro wouldn't recognize.]

Not that I've heard of, but I wouldn't be surprised. They were involved in all kinds of stuff we never even thought about. Strega was a part of that. I try to take anything those three said with a grain of salt, but they weren't lying about their ties to Kirijo.

Well, anyway, they seem pretty hell-bent on fighting shadows. Banchou-sama thinks he should be calling the shots, so you might have to go a couple rounds with him to convince him otherwise, but he's a third chump for the team, and his girlfriend can fill in for Yamagishi.

And it looks like Takeba just showed up in town. So I guess that's a full squad.

I've been a leader before. I'll size him up and see if he's fit to call the shots or not. On principle, though, I think we should be in charge. We don't know them well enough yet. I'm not into trusting strangers at this point. Good to know the girl can fill in for Yamagishi, though. I feel better knowing we'll have that kind of support.
