He'd be tempted to accompany Locke in his traveling, but he had no real interest in going on any 'treasure hunts' currently. The second idea that comes to mind is rather more favorable and perhaps might actually net him a bit of profit should Lady Luck actually favor him for once in this place. He doesn't feel up to making a personal appearance on the network at the moment though, thus the broadcast which goes out is merely audio.]

Anyone know where a man might find himself a good game of chance and something harder to drink than water or soda?

It's a drink, fermented mare's milk. I guess it isn't that strong but if you drink enough, it gets the job done and it can be used to make stronger stuff.
