star_kingdom | 004 ❥☾ [Video/Action]

[Lilisette's been in Radiant Garden a few days now, and she's finally used to the lay of the town and the surroundings. She's not traveled very far outside yet, but that will happen in time. Right now it's enough trying to handle Leon's scowls, the confusion that often surrounds the two Clouds, and the trouble that Zack and Cloud manage to get themselves into. But she's happy; Radiant Garden is a great world.

Currently she's seated in the town square, eating some ice cream (she finally tracked down that duck that always gave them away) and toying with her phone. She wants to talk to Zell, to tell him about this world, but then the camera flashes and, when she looks down next, she's not wearing her normal dancing gear. In fact, she has no idea what she's wearing, or why there's so little of it.

But before she can say anything, the urge to sing overcomes her. She was really hoping this wouldn't happen to her, especially on a video broadcast.]

♫ Where's all my soul sisters? Let me see you flow, sisters.

[Before she can stop it, music kicks in and she's dancing in a manner that definitely does not befit a lady. But she can't even flush; there's a part of her that feels fierce and confident. Even wearing so little and dancing to instruments she's never heard before.]

♫ He met Marmalade down in old Moulin Rouge, strutting her stuff on the street
♫ She said, "Hello, hey Jo! You wanna give it a go?" Oh!

[Well, she could only hope it would be over soon...]

No! It's okay, it's not your fault! Hopefully, that's the end of it and whatever is making this happen will leave you alone now.

[noooo, an upset friend and she's too far away to offer physical comfort D: and this is out of her comfort zone SO bad]

No! Oh, Lilisette, nooo it wasn't your fault and it's not like you chose to dance like that, and anybody who knows you at all knows you would never do that willingly. it's this [frustrated] thing that has everyone acting so weird! and nobody will hold this against you, I promise.

And who knows what it's making Zell do, we haven't really seen him. maybe he's just managed to embarrass himself with his communicator off?

[and please, please cheer up Lilisette, otherwise rapunzel is going to jump the first shuttle she can to get to you and hug you into submission]

Y-you're right. I did see him dance earlier. Maybe... He was sleeping, or missed it somehow.

But... I'll be okay. Thank you, Rapunzel. You don't have to worry.

[and it will probably embarrass Zack more than you, so it evens out!]

[rapunzel sits back, not having realized she was leaning towards the communicator, like she was going to jump through it or something and go to lilisette's rescue. she sighs and tries to smile]

I'm just glad you're okay, and that it stopped. Hopefully that's the end of it.

I hope so. I feel like I should never dance again.

Have you had to sing yet?

Don't let this...incident...stop you! I mean, it's embarrassing now, but a few weeks from now we'll all be laughing about it, and it won't seem so bad, you'll see

[she will force optimism on yooou]

oh..well.. um.. [mutters] there may have been an incident...concerning dancing...with Ven....

[and it looks like it's her turn to be embarrassed]

[is looking anywhere but at you]

I got caught up in the music and was dancing along with it. I bumped into him and asked him to dance with me.

[embarrassed] then the singing started

H-How was it? Dancing with him, I mean.

[ppffft, i'm not sure if rapunzel is the right person to ask about dancing properly with someone]

It was fun! It seems like everything is more fun when you have someone to do it with, doesn't it? [no innuendos there! complete, innocent honesty]

It is! That's why I was so relieved to meet you and Zell. Knowing I have friends close by... It's great.

I am jealous you got to dance with someone, though!

[laughs]

well, who knows what'll happen next, right? Maybe you'll find yourself in a situation demanding you dance with someone.

Like me! [cuz that would be SO much fun] or... [pretends to be thoughtful] Zell.

I've danced for him, but not with him, and he wouldn't-- I mean-- Rapunzel!

[boy, be glad it's the queen of derp you're talking to and she's physically incapable of implying anything by THAT statement]

[instead, she just laughs, the friendly kind you get when someone knows they're teasing you, and hopes you take it in a good natured way]

You're right, of course. Perhaps... one of these worlds has some sort of ball?

We could go together, and make all the men dance with us!

[we can make our own ball! like, a "hurray, we're all still alive, let's dance and wear pretty clothes!" event]

Agreed! Even those scowlers like Leon and Riku will have to put up with it.

[has not had the misfortune of meeting either line-face king...yet]

we should start planning now, that way when we finally get a date settled, everything will be taken care of

[guess what she's going to be doing in her spare time]

Perhaps we can ask the king or queen for additional assistance! They might know a good date.

[SHE WILL WIN THEM OVER, OR ELSE END THEM, rwar]

That's a great idea, they'd be the ones to talk to after all. Maybe they even have a suggestion for a location too.

I wonder if there are any castles here... I think, for balls, castles are essential. With large halls and heavy tapestries. And a small orchestra of bards, of course.

We could all take turns singing, if nothing else. [is really just going to take your word about the castles and what-not as she has virtually NO idea]

Well... Hopefully we can find natives who have some kind of musical prowess.

Once I hear back from the King, I'll let you know what's been decided. I'll do my best!
