Does anyone have very much medical knowledge? I want to help others and I will become a great man. However, I have realized there is much I have yet to learn. So, in order to learn that so I can really help people, I need to learn it. [He nods enthusiastically and smiles, makes a weird face, puffs out his cheeks, and faceplants into his pillow.
