[ after trying to actually get back home on his glider, Terra just ends up someone else. this time, he's at Olympus Coliseum and looking preeeetty confused. he sits near the steps at the front gate and gets his communicator out ]

Does anyone have any idea where this place is? [ and he tries to do a pan of the area in front of him ]

I'm trying to get to the Land of Departure, or at least try to see if it's actually there or not. [ slightly bored look as he now rests his chin on his palm, looking around still ]

...I didn't even want to come here.

[ and oh hay hiiiii Ven! :D ]

[And he's back in his real body now! Isn't that a relief?]

Terra! [He's grinning like crazy as he jogs up to him, stopping in front of his bro.] So you made it finally!

[ HIIII ACTUAL VEN!! he smiles too and stands when he gets close enough ]

Yeah, I'm here. Mostly by accident, but I'm sure that I could find it any other time.

You look better as yourself. It's not as awkward to talk to you anymore. Are you glad to be back in your own body?

[And he laughs at that.]

So much. Oz is a nice guy, but he can't use a Keyblade and it just felt weird being someone I'm not. Not that... I haven't been before, but- okay, this is confusing, come on! I'll show you around!

[He's like a puppy! FOLLOW HIM TERRA! YOU CANNOT DENY THE BITTY!]

[ he laughs too ]

You act like it might be fun. [ smiles and nods, following him. eeee! he so cuuute~ ]

Why'd you decide to stay here?

Not so fun I'd be willing to do it again if it wasn't life and death - you can barely remember yourself when you're in someone else.

Mickey sent me here when I asked him what I could do to help. They've got really strong Heartless here and this bad guy called Hades who needs watching, so he wanted someone with a Keyblade here just in case.

[ makes a simple "hmm" at that and then blinks ]

I had someone ask me if I was looking for Mickey when I first got to Traverse Town.

Heartless? They're...like the Unversed, right? And [ he pauses a little ] Hades is a bad guy?

[Ask later, okay? He doesn't want you worrying any more, at least for awhile.]

Was it this black rabbit-looking thing? He keeps trying to challenge Mickey - Riku keeps beating him up for it. [Or stuffing him in sacks.]

Heartless are... [He pauses, then starts over.] I found out that the Unversed came from Vanitas - they were basically his bad emotions in physical form. I watched him make some, and when we destroyed them, the emotions they were made from just went back into him. Heartless have always been around - they're what Master Xehanort made me fight before he brought me to you guys - but there weren't too many of them and they just kind of hung around the edges. But something happened several years ago and suddenly there were a lot more Heartless, in a lot of places they weren't before. They're from the Darkness. Little things made of dark and shadow that can pop out of nowhere.

Yeah, it was! What's his problem?

So there are a lot of them now. Is there anyway to defeat them or get rid of them? I haven't even encountered any, but if they're anything like the Unversed then they should be no problem for us.

I don't know! He keeps saying he's got to face him, but Mickey's king, he's got other things to do. And Riku's really protective of him, so he's been keeping the two of them apart.

And that- [he grins widely] -is what I'm here for. [It takes no thought before Ven's Keyblade is in his hand, in his normal backhand grip.] Anyone can fight a Heartless, and beat it, and chase it off for awhile. But they won't actually go away unless you defeat them with a Keyblade, otherwise they just pull themselves together after some amount of time and come back. Anything you or I beat is gone for good.

And Hades is a bad guy. He attacked Aqua when she came here.

At least he's got someone to protect him. Though, I doubt that Mickey would really need it.

So then. It really is up to us to get rid of them, right? And the others that you mentioned before. Are they helping?

[ long. awkward. pause. ~~he seemed so nice before!~~ ] He...attacked Aqua? [ mega frown ]

Mickey's a Master now himself, so I don't think he would. The rabbit guy just won't listen. [Oh well. He would only get involved if Oswald actually got to attack Mickey. Until then, he's remaining diplomatically out of it.]

Sora and Riku are - Kairi's really new to hers, so she doesn't know a whole lot yet. I'm gonna try and teach her some magic soon; she really wants to learn. And yeah, Hades attacked Aqua - he also did something to Zack, I'm not sure what, though. [~~That's because you're hella gullible, bro.~~ Ven picks up the pace, Keyblade vanishing, as he spots the small building he's crashing in.] Come on, you need to meet Daisy!

A Master?! Wow... [ and he seriously sounds so shocked to hear that! ]

You and Aqua are the ones who are good with magic. [ he frowns and remains quiet after hearing what Hades did. he's probably pretty pissed ]

...That's where you live? [ again with the surprisedness, he doesn't even wait for Ventus before approaching the building ]

[It really didn't surprise him that much when he heard.] It's been ten years, I'd be worried if he wasn't one by now.

Yeah, come on! [It's a small building with lots of doors along the outside, clearly not an entire house of his own, steps away from the Coliseum. Ven opens the door and steps into a relatively bare room - a bed, some seashells he picked up on the Destiny Islands, some spare clothing scattered around, and a box lined with straw and fabric scraps with a couple of dishes next to it, one of them filled with water. He grins as a cheeping fills the air, holding up his hands for a yellow bird about the size of his fist to flutter down into from where she was circling up near the ceiling.] It's not much, but it's all right for now. Terra, meet Daisy - she's a chocobo.

... [ there's a short pause. and just not to make himself sound stupid, he agrees ] I know.

[ once he enters, he looks around slowly at everything. it all looked so...empty. but it wasn't really all that empty to him ] Looks a lot better than where I'm staying. I'll get you some things to fill it up with, if you want. [ he sees the small bird and gasps quietly, since he didn't think that it would really be that small. he comes closer to look at it, smiling lightly ] She's pretty cute.

It's okay, I don't need a lot of stuff. Plus I kinda want my stuff back- you know... Home.

[But that's a depressing topic that neither of them really like. Ven changes the topic again.]

Yeah, she's pretty cute. Someone told me they end up really big, big enough to ride on, but she's still tiny right now. She should be getting bigger soon, though.

...Yeah. [ like they'll ever get back. ~~mwhaha!~~ :/ ]

How big are we talking? Like...a chicken kind of big?

[Ven's remaining hopeful, but he was always the more optimistic of the two. It helps that he's got Pluto in his back pocket for weird info, whenever she pops up. All they need is Aqua back. And Ven laughs at the question.]

Like bigger-than-you big. As big as a glider, probably. But for now, she's portable.

[Indeed, the chicobo chirps a couple of times, pushing herself out of Ven's hands to circle his head twice, then coming to rest on top of his head. Apparently this is the norm, because he doesn't even blink and tries to move his head as little as possible as she nestles into his spikes.]

Do you think you're gonna stay here, Terra? [He can't keep the hope from his voice at that.]

[ lol, that is true. maybe we'll get one soon! :D KNJNDJNG WHUT. have a surprised Terra face atm ]

That big?! What will you do with her then? Where is she going to stay?

[ he watches Daisy, smiling lightly and reaching out to touch her feathers with his hand gently as she sits on Ventus's head. then there's a pause as he looks down at Ventus ]

...Here?

[And that gets a flat-out grin from Ven.] I don't know - I'll figure it out when we get there. Apparently on some other worlds people use them for transportation, so I've got options.

...Umm, yeah? I mean, you just got back, Terra, and I... [-missed you. You're family.]

You could always build a little stable for her. Maybe you could find somewhere nearby to keep her, but it won't be for a while I'm sure.

[ he blinks, looking at him. he waits for an answer for a few seconds and then looks away,, thinking. he thought this whole time that Ventus had already grown up and didn't need him around anymore. things were so confusing. especially knowing that he was in another time than his own. or that he at least knew.

it felt good to be wanted though. everything seemed so sad here. everyone was lost and separated from everyone that they knew. and he didn't want that to happen or for Ventus to feel that way anymore. he moved a hand to Ventus's shoulder and patted it, looking back at him ]

You want me to stay here with you?

[Ven will never not need Big Bro. He'd grown and matured - he had to - but there is nothing in him that does not need his family. Just because he's learned some things doesn't mean he's learned everything.]

...Yeah, if you want to. I came here to help, but it'd be even better if we both helped - right?

[PUPPY EEEEEYES. He doesn't even know he's making them! He just doesn't want to be separated again.]

[ and he smiles ]

Of course I will. I really didn't want to be by myself in Traverse Town anyway. Besides, you'll need help around here.

[His smile is so big, and so happy. He likes this world, but with Terra around, it would finally feel like home.]

Yeah... I always need your help.

[ he can't help but smile back at him ]

I'm happy to hear that. I'll have to get a few things from Traverse Town that I left there.
