[Well well, this little communicator was invaluable. Oh yes, people shared and shared and shared. And Rumpelstiltskin listened. He's only just arrived, but he that hasn't stopped him from paying attention, from learning how this little thing worked. Now though, he flips his own on to share a bit himself. The video shows his strange smiling face, but before he manages to speak, he laughs, all at once, a sudden explosion of a trilling little sound.] This is terribly interesting, isn't it?

Tell me, has anyone else noticed... [A little pause here and he wiggles his fingers.] familiar faces that aren't actually familiar here? I just don't know what to make of it. [This was a lie. He'd already decided to use it to his advantage. Oh there were ways to do this; he was sure of it. He was still working it through though.]

But since we're speaking of familiarity, let me introduce myself. [A toothy grin that was largely not as reassuring as he might have hoped.] My name is Rumpelstiltskin and I am... a purveyor of necessities and fondest desires and useful magics. If you find yourself in need of the unfindable, well, I humbly... [He ducks his head in a bit of a mock bow, undermined a bit by another laugh.] offer my services. Of course, bear in mind, all things, especially magical, have their price. One can't do business for nothing!

[The music comes first, flowing and smooth and perfect, piano at its finest. Only then does the communicator show the source of the sound, a man in white and silver seated at the instrument. His eyes flicker away occasionally - to the keys, to the walls and their sheer curtains, to the communicator.

His smile is almost taunting.]

But I wonder if you can do as much as you say, here.

[Another smile and a shrug of his shoulders.] Perhaps it is, but it's the only one I have. And people do remember it.

[Whatever the official explanation is. he wasn't particularly paying attention to the small fluffy thing that gave him a tour. Another explosive little giggle.] But I wonder if it isn't part of a curse I was watching roll into motion just before I left. Unexpected, but! No sense crying over spilled milk.

Oh yes, an exceptionally powerful one! [He opens his mouth in a perfect O as though shocked at just how amazing it must be. He's actually quite proud of it, given he's the one who provided it to the Queen.]

Well, what's the purpose of panicking? I expected to find myself in another world. Not this one, but, no help for it now.

Oh how nice to hear. [He may be dropping another little bow if the dip in the view from communicator is any indication.] What's the expression? Oh yes, I'm serious as the grave, deary.

[ He smiles, recognizing the name almost instantly. Oh, wouldn't this be interesting, something else indeed. ] It's an absolute pleasure Mister Rumpelstiltskin. [ Mirrors his bow, head tilting forward just enough to shadow the smirk now splitting his face in half. ] We're in the same business, it seems, ... [ Looks back up and bares his fangs with a chuckle. ] I do think I'm going to enjoy seeing you in action, my Friend, ... [ He's not bothered to mask his aura too much, so Rumpelstiltskin might realize that he's not particularly human. ]

[Well well! It was seldom, oh so very seldom, that monsters smiled their true smiles. This was fascinating, and more than a little intriguing. He lifts a hand to tap at his chin thoughtfully.]

The same business, is it? Well, it is always interesting to meet... a kindred spirit. [Something like that anyway.]

But, deary, you have me at a disadvantage! [A grin, all teeth, no warmth.] Might I have your name?

Oh no, I was fully expecting that exact thing. [All said quite conversationally, cheerfully, like discussing weather over a nice cup of tea.] I just didn't expect it to be this world.

Curses are funny that way though!

Well then Sebastian... [There's a bit of a singsong to his voice as he speaks that name.] Maybe you'd be willing to answer a few questions, for a fellow business man?

Because some hearts, once they let darkness consume them, can't bear to see others have happiness. [A heavy little sigh here.] And the Queen was, well, quite hellbent on seeing that no one had their happy endings if she couldn't.

Especially poor, dear Snow White.

[He laughs again.] I don't worry. Not anymore. Not for a long, long time.

One of the most powerful I've known. And believe me, I have known many curses. But, even so, still not unbreakable! They so seldom are.

They are not unbreakable. It is possible to free oneself.
