Bother, I’ll get that in a moment… ( she mutters to herself and for a time it goes unnoticed to the housekeeper that the trinket is recording at all, as she’s still busying herself with dusting the shelf the book fell from. clearly it’s been far too long since this place had a proper and complete cleaning, she’s been trying, but the whole building needed a one over and it’s been taking a lot of time.

Belle finally settles down to a chair in the front room of Rumpel’s shop, fanning herself with the collar of her dress as she tosses the rag to the table. ) So much work to do here, this is almost worse than Dark Castle was.

( it’s then that she finally notices the device and smiling to it, leans to grasp it. )

Well, well… I don’t suppose anyone wants to lend a hand with a bit of clean-up? ( she chuckles, considering it’s not really what one would normally call a ‘bit’ of a clean-up. ) I suppose I might as well serve this as a public announcement: anyone with severe dust allergens might want to avoid Rumpelstiltskin’s store — at least for another hour or two before I’ve finished with it.

It must be a new spell. [he swings the mop around a little, being careful not to get anything but the floor (and himself) wet.] I'll clean my enemies until they're defeated!

Just as Darkness isn't always so terrible, either. If it weren't for dark, the night wouldn't come, and then people couldn't see the stars' beauty. Right? ( time to play cheer up a bit. )

Right. [there's a ghost of a smile.] And then the sky would be pretty boring.

[he blinks at her a few times, before he bursts out laughing. yeah, he might be overdoing it, but he needed that. he manages to talk once it dies down.] Must be. That phrase makes a lot more sense now.

Half? ( Belle sort of gives a bit of a smug grin here. ) I suppose I am mightier than I appear. I shall take my mop and defeat all the Heartless in one fell soapy swoop of my weapon.

Of course. Do you know where you'd want to go? Gummi ships are...pretty unique. They run on smiles.

Well, there are a lot of different worlds. There's Port Royal, The Land of Dragons...Atlantica's my personal favorite besides Destiny Islands.

The beach — no. I have heard of oceans but never properly seen them. Our village was closer to hills and mountains, I always dreamed of seeing the waters but I never managed to. I ended up in Dark Castle and then here.

That settles it. You need to see the beach. The ocean is...it's so amazing so you have to see it for yourself!

I would love to! ( she grins ) I want to see the glitter of the ocean in the sunlight, Papa told me about that when I was little. It sounds beautiful.
