[ as the mist dissipated masane had found herself collapsed just outside an alley in town. ] ...riko... [ it's but a whisper tumbling from her lips as she starts to come to. her head is spinning and the world around her is but a colorful blur. had things been that bad the other night ...? she swallowed hard and made an attempt to recall what had happened as she struggled to sit upright. her arms buckled under her, however, sending her straight back to the ground. she let out a small simper as she took another second to recollect herself. ]

[ after a few moments more she sat up. she still felt ill, but the feeling had started to subside. taking a deep breath masane called, once again, for her daughter. ] Riko!

[ this. she didn't have time for this! climbing to her feet masane staggered about. she ignored the moogle chirping in her ear and telling her to sit down because of the injuries she'd sustained. that stupid thing had to be a figment of her imagination besides. man oh man... she must have really done it this time. ]

...the hell is going on here?! [ and her grip on the communicator tightened. ] I want answers! Now! [ as she braced herself on a nearby wall her head dropped. tears pricked the ends of her eyes in spite of herself. she needed to find her daughter. she needed to find rihoko. ] ... please... i... i'm looking for somebody.

( ooc | now that the mist is gone masane is now back to normal. she is still a bit disoriented from it and therefore she's confused ~~and scared~~. and to reiterate, i would appreciate nobody making a connection between her and blade. ~~at least not yet.~~ she will deny it until she's blue in the face besides. )

[ masane is smiling too now. ] Great!

Do you know if you're in a place called Traverse Town?

[She nods.]

I'm there right now. I heard it's where everyone first turns up.

oh, [ rubs the back of her neck sheepishly. ] If that's the case, then that makes this easier. Maybe we could meet up and look around together!

[She nods, it sounds like a plan.]

I would like that. ,small.[She soon is quiet before her eyes widen slightly.] but I don't know where you are and I heard there are creatures around that aren't very much.

oh. Sorry! [ she takes a moment to look around. ] I am right outside the Item Shop. If you know where that is. Or I could try finding you. [ whatever is easiest. masane's not picky! ] I heard about them too. The Heartless, right?

R-Right, I heard they weren't very nice. [She looked around for a moment.] I know where the shop is, I think I'm close by.

Not nice is an understatement, but, yeah, I'd heard the same thing. Really? Great! I'll see you soon then.

[She soon nods, switching the feed off and making her way. Once she got to the item shop she stood there.]

I'm here.

[ masane smiled the moment she saw the girl. sparing not even a single second she headed over to her. ] Hey there! I can't wait to look around, ...maybe find a little bit more out about this place.

Ri-Right! [She tries to put on a determined look, but it didn't end up going well.] Find out more about this place. [Once she thinks about it for a couple seconds her determination turned into slight worry.] But how do we find that out?

[ masane is eager to look around now that the mist is gone. blinks as her companion's determination seems to dissipate. ] ...well, we look around of course! I bet there's plenty of people to talk to. Not to mention the Moogles! I bet my little buddy is around here somewhere. [ ~~hiding from her no doubt. poor thing needs a break.~~ ]

That's right! [Silly Tohru.] Those cute little flying teddy bears, maybe you're right and they know something. [And before much thinking was done, Tohru had already set off in a random direction.]

[ nods. ] Exactly. [ as tohru sets off masane had been about ready to call for her moogle friend. ] Hey Mo-- [ blinks. don't leave without her tohru! she hurries to catch up to the girl. oh, it'll find her. it always seem to... for better or for worse. ] So where are we headed?

[Tohru walked for a couple moments before she realized. She hadn't thought of where they were heading. So suddenly stopping she started to laugh awkwardly.]

Well...I didn't really think about it.

[ didn't mean to put her on the spot. the last thing she'd wanted to do was make tohru feel awkward. gives a smile as she catches up and she pats her on the shoulder. ] No, no, this direction is as good as any. Let's see if we can find any shops to go into! Definitely got to be some people there.

R-Right. I though I might have seen something this way, but we won't know until we find out. [She smiles, remembering to keep her eye out for a shop or anything.]

Hey. It's possible. ...there's a lot going on here. I wouldn't be surprised. [ a laugh as she continues to walk alongside her new friend. stops for a moment, taking a look around before pointing out the item shop. she'd been there with eagle on her "initial" arrival... and while there had been no one there, it seemed like a good place to start. ] Look! How about there.

[She looked on over, an item shop. A rather cute looking item shop. That might be a good place to start.]

That does look like a good place to start. Do you suppose the workers might know something?

I hope so. I don't really like the idea of asking everybody in town, but you got to do what you go to do, right? [ grabs the door and holds it open for tohru. ] After you~

[She looks rather surprised.]

Oh. Thank you. [She smiles as she goes into see moogles happily working, getting various items for the store ready for tomorrow.]

[ slips inside after tohru. looks around and sees nothing but the moogles bustling about. frowns. she didn't really want to have to talk to them... they'd pestered her enough already. ~~though the three that had found her were starting to grow on her.~~ ] Hey, uh, ...could we have a minute? We'd like to ask you guys some questions.

[Tohru had taken the time to managed to close the door and just stand there quiet like. She was rather shy about asking them, even if they were adorable. But for now the moogles pay attention.]

What can we help you with, kupo!

[ and masane isn't shy, not in the least. she steps forward and gives the moogle a smile. ] My friend and I are looking for a few people, and we were wondering if you had seen them. ...see, we've only just arrived and we're a bit worried about them.

[Two of the moogles had gone and were muttering to one another as the third actually moved from behind the counter to go to them.]

Okay, kupo! I will try and help.

[ frowns. she looks between the two of them. is there a problem... but, well, it doesn't matter since one of the other moogles has decided to help. ] Really? Great. Like I said we're looking some people. [ rifles around for a picture. ] ...this is my daughter, Rihoko. [ shows the moogle the picture, before motioning for tohru to come over. ] and my friend, Tohru, she's looking somebody as well.
