( for once, Belle isn’t cleaning so much as she is poking around in things that she probably shouldn’t be touching at while Rumplestiltskin isn’t in his room to keep her from his things. it isn’t all that often that she ventures into his room (save for cleaning it) so it’s safe to say her curiosity has likely gotten the best of her; and at the moment, she’s not aware she’s being recorded by her little trinket that was likely left behind in here when she was cleaning up )

Just what are you up to lately, hm…? ( she’s walking her fingers along the various oblong shaped bottles that hold a variety of potions within their confinements, tilting her head at some, narrowing her eyes to others to better see the contents — but never does she pick one up ) I wonder what this—

( her subconscious gets the better of her, though and imagining a noise (or possibly truly hearing one) Belle jerks to stand upright again. veering her body rather quickly to look at the door, she’s startled to see that no one is there but even moreso at the noise of shattering glass — she’d knocked a vial over )

Oh no!

( she’s about to kneel and grab the pieces when from the ground where the bottle shattered, a vast, thick purple colored fog erupts and covers the whole of the room, causing the device to lose Belle’s form as she’s engulfed by it. although it can’t be seen anymore, Belle stumbles through the ‘cloud’ to the window in the hopes that opening it will cause the mess to disperse but it fails and soon she’s coughing from the thick smoke-like substance )

Rumple—! ( alas, he’s not home after all, so crying out to him won’t work! ) —help me!

( the coughing continues, as do the calls for help, but otherwise the purple vastness is all that remains to be seen on the camera )

[Well that wasn't good at all. It looks weird and... purple. Things like that can't be good, right?]

Please if you can try and find your way to the door and just get out of the room. I'll hopefully be there as soon as I can.

( choking on the purple haze drifting through the room, Belle heard the voice on her device and trying to locate it, she began to walk toward it only to stumble into something in the room — a chair perhaps — which led her to collapsing to her knees with a grunt )

Ah! ( wincing, she shook her head and chose to crawl instead ) Winry? ( she thought she'd recognized her voice, proceeding with her movements she felt a sharp breath inhale in a gasp as her hands sliced from the broken glass scattered on the floor. wincing, she jerked them back )

Winry, be careful! I don't know what this is doing!

( again, she choked and coughed )

[Winry knew if there were any injuries, she would at least have someone come to her clinic where she could look them over at least, but for now she knew to had to make her way as best as she could.]

I'll do my best, I even bring masks so to not breath in the... whatever it is.

Th, that's an excellent idea—!

( anything else she might have said is lost to coughing, pressing her now bloodied palms to her mouth in an attempt to keep anymore smoke from entering her lungs, she falls silent to wait. there's nothing more she can do, after all )

[Winry donned her mask as she reached the place, trying at the moment to make her way in, another mask in hand. She wasn't sure if she should just let herself in, but given the matter it was probably the better idea that she barge in. people would during a fire or that type of thing after all.]

Belle! I'm here.

Winry, be careful!

( her voice was slightly choked up, being lost in the haze as it were. she told herself that the purple mess wouldn't last forever and it was true that it likely wouldn't, but it was here now and she was counting herself fortunate that Winry was finding her before Rumple because she would be in so much trouble if he had come across her first.

honestly, she shouldn't have been in his room messing about with his things, after all )

There's glass all over!

[Winry nodded. There was glass so she did have to be careful, especially if she were to fall over or something worse, but she tried to keep her calm, her mask helping her to breath perfectly normal as she feet edged inch of inch in a random direction, her arms spread out in case she was close by.]

If you feel something let me know as it might be me.

( she gave a nod, but it went unnoticed in the haze of course. with some effort, she raised to her feet once more and tried to maneuver her way through the fogginess )

Right! ( wandering blindly through the muddle of purple, she stretched her arms to try and find anything other than air before herself. soon she was grasping at something that felt warm, Winry's arm perhaps? )

Winry? Is that you?

[Winry kept as still as she could, but once she felt something she nodded, mostly to herself.]

I feel something, so yes that must be me. [Moving her free hand with the mask she moved in closer.] I have a mask for you to put on when you can.

( relief coursed through her and with a bit of a struggle to pull it on after being offered the mask, belle was breathing relatively normally again )

We should make haste to get out of here.

[She nodded slightly, mostly to herself.]

Right, then let's go this way. it's where I came from. [Starting to take steps towards what she was hoping was the door in the right direction, she made sure her free hand was out stretched for any signs. Once she touch a surface she smiled.]

I think we're about out now.

( gladly going with winry toward the exit, she let her thoughts briefly drift to rumple and what he would do when he realized he was missing a potion from all this mess. shaking it off, she gave an unseen nod to the girl )

Thank you for the help, Winry. I'm not certain that the smoke was truly harmful in any manner, but it was certainly frightening.
