In some manner of speaking, yes. ( belle hadn't ever really had curses placed upon herself or any variation thereof, but she had heard of them and she was rather well acquainted with a certain someone who built his 'empire,' so to speak, on curses and potions ) There may be some method to learn whether it is dangerous or not. ( but she would have to ask rumplestiltskin if he had such a method. pressing her lips together firmly at his comment, belle did all she could to maintain her composure ) I'm certain I cannot think of anyone.
