[After all the age craziness, here's Richter again, still wandering in the middle of Traverse Town, like the derp he is. Except this time he's older, and has better listening skills! Though that doesn't really help if he was already greeted as a newcomer and been given his rundown of what's going on when he was 'younger'.

But Richter is resourceful! And though he once again doesn't understand how to use the communicator, he's gonna press a few buttons on it and see if he can't call out to other people like the others he's seen on his screen.]

Can anyone hear me? Or SEE me? [he tests, looking at the screen.] I think I'm a little lost, heh.

[You're not the only one that's hopelessly lost, Richter. Soma's in a similar state of, 'what the hell', looking around at everywhere but where he's supposed to be going.]

[Collision in five... four...]

[three, two, one-] Aah!

[Richter falls to the side, stumbling. Standing in the middle of a street while looking intently at your hands apparently isn't a good idea.]

I'm sorry! [he haphazardly straightens himself out, holding out his arms in case whoever bumped into him fell.] I wasn't even paying attention to what was going on around me, my apologies!

[It wasn't Richter that made Soma stumble, so much as the blinding rage that shot through him when the other man spoke. It caught him completely off guard, and for a moment, it hurt to breathe and he thought he was going to be sick. He waited for the feeling to subside before he attempted to speak, trying not to look shaken.]

It's okay. I wasn't paying attention either.

[Richter can't help but pause and look Soma over. He noticed the other's hesitance, though he didn't have a clue why he would be shy, or... was he scared or something?]

Eh? [Richter jumps a bit, not expecting to hear a voice from around him; he was so focused on seeing something on the screen in front of him that he must have let his guard down.

His eyes light up when he turns and notices who exactly is speaking to him.]

So it does! [he gives a wave, or rather, more of a motion for Alucard to come down and join him.] I didn't expect to see you here. Fortunate that you found me before I got myself into trouble.

[he laughs, shrugging nonchalantly.] Well I wouldn't have the skill to get out of trouble if I didn't find myself in the middle of it so often, I suppose. I could benefit from learning to avoid things.

[he holds up the communicator] Agh, yes, I do. I kind of... woke up standing here, with this thing in my hands, and all I can remember is a hazy black shadow. This isn't a dream, is it?

Good! But yes, I'm afraid I am. [he smiles awkwardly.] I just woke up with it in my hands, and I'm not sure where I even got it from.

A Moogle? [he looks away from the screen, trying to see what this creature he could be talking about is. He had mostly just seen people around- wait. He turns the camera to face one of the little animals bouncing down the street, not too far from him.]

Is that what these things are?

[Hm? What's this? So Kotetsu wasn't the only new arrival to this spooky town after all! That's a little comforting but worrying as well. This probably means that the Darkness is definitely spreading further and farther than what the locals here originally speculated.

This is very worrisome.]

It's a little town full of shops, and everything looks as if it's lit by candlelight. I've been hearing it's called Traverse Town? Are there any surrounding places?

There are, but you need to take a Gummi Ship to get to them.
