It means 'differences'. If Heartless came to our world at the same time, we should have arrived here at the same time; but Setsuna-san has been here awhile already.

It might be some effect of different worlds coming together. After all, there's no reason to assume time flows precisely the same between them. And once they come together here, perhaps it can disrupt the flow of a single world, too.
Otherwise, we have to assume the Heartless can travel through time, like Black Moon.
