[ With all these children roaming about, Cecil doesn't feel particularly comfortable not trying to do something productive about keeping them all safe. Gathering the few he has so far has been helpful, yes, but he can do better. They all can do better. And what if those affected aren't even misplaced refugees or don't have a communicator? Or are too young or old to figure out how to use it?

These things occur to the paladin, as does the fact that he simply won't be able to look after all of the children, so he speaks with great urgency as he starts a new video feed. ]

Hello, everyone. I apologize for making such requests amidst all the chaos. I am attempting to find as many of the children who are alone as I can, but I cannot find and care for everyone alone. Is there anyone who has not been affected or is unaffected enough to be of help who is willing to volunteer their services and aid me in the temporary setup of a shelter for those who are without friends and family? I'm also hoping for a few who don't mind combing the worlds for those who need aid and bringing them here. Please contact me, Cecil Harvey, immediately and thank you. [It's just as well that Cecil's getting that information now. As he usually is, Golbez would never reveal that information. He wouldn't think that Cecil wanted it. After all, he had still abandoned Cecil before that. As it is, he trusts Cecil because he reminds him so much of Cecilia.]
