It brings back all the loneliness, all the times she's looked for them and not seen them, all the times she's needed them, all the times they've been busy or preoccupied or simply disinterested. All the times they aren't there.

But Hotaru is in danger. That's more important. So it's Sailor Mercury that arrives just after Sailor Venus. She can't bring herself to say comforting words, so she focuses on the creature instead, adding her attack to the other senshi's.]
